Lucy, Paul and the rest of the Morgan Sloane team were a lifeline for us during one of the worst periods of owning a property.

They helped us navigate the incredibly tricky process of paying off a Help to Buy loan with great advice and process. Not to mention being able to regularly get hold of them and advising in areas they were not directly dealing with.

Paul was initially helpful over the phone and then able to do the site survey very quickly. Following on, after issuing the report Paul was willing to discuss and explain the finer details of the report with me.

Reasonable quote, got appointment promptly. Surveyor rang and told me what time he was coming. Clearly explained what he was going to do, wore overshoes in the house. Was polite and friendly. Report came the next day.
