Excellent conversion of a bathroom to a shower room
The standard of workmanship, quality of the tiles and non slip flooring is first class.
Had it not been for some initial issues regarding what was and was not being supplied and delays in the work commencing, I would have had no hesitation in awarding 5 stars.
Should I decide to have a kitchen conversion/replacement, I will have no hesitation in using this company again.

wetroom in a semi-detached house
We chose Passmore More Ability to design and build our wetroom as a facility suitable for our elderly father whilst not looking like a stereotypical “disabled” bathroom. We are delighted with the result. Our multi-skilled fitter Steve was expert in all he did as well as being a hard worker and pleasant. Every evening the house was left in a clean state. We are delighted with the job done.

From the very first chat at a…
From the very first chat at a disability event, through to the visit at my house to talk about what to feasible to actually having the work done, the whole experience was totally positive. Yes, I couldn't fit in everything I wanted, but that's the fault of my too small bathroom rather than theirs! They did their best to work miracles in the space provided and fitted in as much as possible while leaving it uncluttered and suitable for me to use with limited mobility.
I am utterly thrilled with my new wet room and would heartily recommend them as a company. Everyone I spoke to was so professional and the work was done superbly well.
Andy who did the actual work was an absolute star - he worked round me as much as possible and while I was asleep (I can sleep up to 18 hours out of 24 which doesn't leave a huge amount of time) tried to do the quieter things so as not to disturb me.
So pleased! They cost more than the other company I had out to quote, but they had so many many more ideas and l was able to chose the units, tiles, flooring etc that I really wanted and the overall look. Friends and family who've visited since say it's fantastic and doesn't look like a "disabled bathroom" just a lovely stylish one - despite having a bench for me to sit on while I shower, wash and dry toilet and lots of space for me to manouver round in.
Heartily recommended!

Needed a complete revamp of bathroom
Needed a complete revamp of bathroom, en suite and cloakroom which was long overdue. Also needed to reflect ease of access because of osteoarthritis.
From the first showroom visit through design and planning a difficult journey was made easy by all concerned. The fitter, Richard, was outstanding. He was considerate and his attention to detail and willingness to ensure it matched the highest possible expectation was exceptional.

A DISABLED MODERN WET ROOM - OUTSTANDING
From the start of the whole process it was FIRST CLASS. The visit by Nigel who carefully listened to our needs regarding a disabled wet room. He then informed us and produced excellent layout plans; which come to light when we visited there showroom. Whilst waiting for the install dates, Sarah from accounts kept us well informed of the start date and Finally our fitter (Martin Bell) arrived promptly, kept us well informed of everything on a daily basis, kept the work clean and tidy at all times and produce a OUTSTANDING wet room.
