Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Prices were very good. Dispatch and delivery were super fast, next day delivery cost was very reasonable, and was sent by a reputable company with good track history. I haven't had cause to contact customer service, but I have no reason to believe it wouldn't be exemplary.

Very helpful sales staff

Excellent advice and information from the team when I had phone queries.
I deducted a star due to Royal mail confusing tracking messages when mis- routing the delivery. However my order still arrived within expected time scale.

Great customer service,I had a problem…

Great customer service,I had a problem with the seat I ordered,I emailed them and have received a replacement in just two days.The stool itself is great,just what my husband needed for getting a shower sitting down,fits perfectly in my bath and good quality.

Feeding dish is dangerous to use

Feeding dish is an accident waiting to happen. Put any downward pressure on the plate and it falls into the tank of very hot water. There should be a much wider rim for the plate to sit on. Impossible to use safely with a knife and fork. Perhaps some sort of perforated stand in the centre of the tank would help too. I certainly could not recommend this product.

Excellent high chair for my disability in the kitchen. Comfortable and easily built by my husband and so good that it's adjustable to your height. X

Easy site to navigate

Easy site to navigate. Good prices. Speedy delivery.
Very happy with the folding commode. Easy to set up. Sturdy and takes up minimal space when folded.
