Amazing Work
Recently had some work done in my home, Martin was absolutely amazing, Can't praise his work enough. He went above and beyond! He was very respectful He cleaned and tidied the area once he had finished but also his surrounding area whilst doing his job making sure I had access to areas I needed due to being disabled. He made sure I was physically able to use the rise and fall worktop he had installed before he left to make sure it was suitable for my needs.
Definitely 5 ⭐ work & 5 ⭐ person!

Just had a lovely new wet room fitted…
Just had a lovely new wet room fitted thanks to Dave the fitter/plumber. Can't praise his work and work ethic highly enough. He was consistantly punctual, very respectful of our needs and a lovely person to have in our home. He cleaned and tidied the area and surrounding area every day making sure we had clear access through the nights. It was just a shame we were all let down on occaisions by having the wrong bathroom equipment sent, delaying his work and causing frustration for us all. I did however contact Passmores to discuss this and the situation got resolved. I have to say this 5 star review is awarded to Dave...he really was a star!

Wetroom installation
Just had a wetroom installed and finished and the whole process was very professional. Nigel who came to visit and let me choose my own tiles and flooring was very helpful and polite and understanding of my personal needs.
Also when the work started Gaz(Gary) was very professional also. He described every aspect of the job from start to finish and kept me informed of his work during the installation. He was very polite, hardworking, tidy and also took the time to make me a brew and have a conversation with me on a personal level. Would recommend 100%.

Wet room conversion from bathroom
We were delighted when we were told that the company would be starting the job in the near future and that the designer would be coming to discuss our requirements. We found him rude and condescending. He spoke down to us and one of his statements was "Why should we bank role you" which we found very rude and discourteous. We were given a start date. However we waited and waited no workmen arrive. Over a week later we received a letter telling us they would be starting work the week after. The workman was amazing he worked very hard and was most polite and helpful. We found the company had little regard for the workforce as they were constantly ringing them and pushing them to finish the job ready for the next. At one point they even pulled the workman off our job completely despite another 2 days work was still required. The workman did a magnificent job and my partner is able to use the room independently now instead of relying on me for his personal hygiene needs.

Quality work
We had a wet room installed for my mum who was finding it hard with the old bathroom setup. Brilliant work from start to finish, Gary was amazing and clear with what he was going to be doing each day and keeping us informed about every single thing, would highly recommend.

We called into the showroom in Leeds 12.
Discussed our needs, the staff are exceptionally knowledgeable👌
Garry the sales representative came to our home. He was also excellent, he gave good advice and took into account the needs of everyone!
We placed our order... Surveyor Joe checked everything was good to go.

Our fitter Chris Wood was absolutely BRILLIANT kind, courteous and has the patience of Jobe he respect our property and needs.
Discussed each stage of the fitting, every step of the way keeping us informed. HE'S DILIGENT AND HARD WORKING.

Wet room installation.
We have recently had a very nice wet room installed by Passmores, and our installation was carried out by our fitter Lee who showed care and attention to all aspects of the wet room. The whole operation was carried out in a timely, clean, and efficient manner. Lee left the completed room in a polished finish, no cleaning required by us. Efficiently carried out from start to finish. One change to the original proposed installation was the addition of a pump to remove the shower waste. Sadly this is the only negative outcome to the whole installation as the floor gulley is very noisy in use.

Dated bathroom to Modern Wet Room
We recently had our bathroom converted into a wet room and chose Passmore to do the conversion for us. We wanted a reputable company who would be able to cover every aspect of the conversion, from start to finish, including planning etc and Passmore were brilliant. Initially we visited the showroom in Leeds, where we met with Gary. He spent a long time with us, he didn’t rush us into anything and showed us lots of ideas, which we hadn’t thought of. Gary then came out to our home to measure up and check that what we had chosen would be suitable. After a few days Petar visited to make some adjustments, which were beneficial. Our fitter/installer was Sam, he did a fantastic job from start to finish, including putting forward some great ideas to make special features with the tiling, that we hadn’t thought of. Mark, the electrician, also did an excellent job with the lighting and power shower. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out, everyone who has seen our wet room has commented on how great it looks, it’s a complete transformation. We would definitely recommend Passmore group to anyone.

Some hiccups along the way but I have ended up with a fabulous bathroom
Did not start on advised date but once Graham got going he was a pleasure to have around. He encountered some unexpected problems but quickly found solutions. Unfortunately, the floor layers’ work had to be put right by a different contractor as it was not acceptable. All the Passmore direct employees who came to my home were very professional but there were a couple of instances of poor customer care over the telephone.

I was told Passmore were good by…
I was told Passmore were good by someone who’s parents had had a new bathroom put in. I’m in the building trade but needed a firm that could do the whole job at one go to keep upset down to a minimum. I have one parent with Alzheimer’s and one with limited movement. Passmore we’re great, start to finish. I know we paid more than my friends in the trade would have charged but the service, workmanship, communication and peace of mind were worth the extra. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
