Great company to deal with from start to finish. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating, offering advice and solutions, without being pushy or overbearing! Ben, who did the installation of our bathroom was extremely hardworking and professional throughout. He's done a fantastic job and we absolutely love the end result. It's just perfect! Great service
Great service, I can't recommend enough. Paul the fitter was neat and tidy, at the end of each day rubbish was taken away and work equipment was organised ready for the next day. Care was taken not to damage or dirty anywhere when tools or rubbish was carried through the property.

This is the second bathroom we've had from Passmores.
Well designed and Angela listened to what was important to us- the site visit pre installation from Joe was good to check the plans would work and marked out to help visualise the space.
We'd have been happy to have the same fitter back but he'd retired- from the moment we met Louis we had every confidence he'd do a great job. Friendly, reliable and was great at giving us updates on how the work was going and he was a very tidy worker- we all really couldn't have asked for any better service. Louis ensured we had all the features we wanted even when it was realised the wall wasn't deep enough to give much of a niche he found a solution.
An issue the day after the job was completed was dealt with promptly.
We love our new en suite- thank you all but especially to Louis.

First class service from start to finish. Cannot fault Passmore and with two bathrooms completed I can say that the quality of product and skilled workmanship is of a very high standard. Expensive but you get what you pay for and a three year guarantee is very reassuring. Highly recommend.

Excellent professional service from start to finish. Very impressed with the bathroom fit out by Paul and Ryan, their attention to detail ensured we have a superb new bathroom. We had a new bathroom, the experience was great from start to finish. They were very helpful when we were choosing style, colour etc.
Lewis, who installed everything was brilliant, he was helpful when we asked questions and kept us updated on what he was doing each day.

Really great service from design to…
Really great service from design to survey to installation and our new bathroom is fantastic. Really impressed with Ben who fitted our bathroom with enormous attention to detail. He clearly took pride in getting everything just the way we wanted it and took great care to look after the whole property while the work was going on. One very minor snag was immediately fixed perfectly within a day of reporting it. Really impressed with the whole experience.

Lovely courteous young man. Eliot was on time and treated my home with respect. He explained each morning, what he intended to complete and didn’t disappoint.
