The latest instalment of bathroom projects with Darren and Rob of DS Bathrooms.

I initially engaged with DS Bathrooms in Aug 2021, asking for a quote for the master bedroom's ensuite. This install took place in May 2022, followed by the downstairs toilet in December 2023, main family bathroom in January 2024 and my final ensuite in Jan 2026. There's more than one reason I kept asking Darren and Rob back...

Design expertise - I never had my own clear vision of what I wanted each room to look at. Darren was great at understanding a rough vision of the requirement and offering design advice and guidance which resulted in 4 projects I was delighted with

Expert communication - Every project was discussed and documented at each stage. This made it really clear for me to understand not only what I was getting, but how much it would cost and when it would be completed

Timeliness - Every project was set out with a clear plan in the quote including when each milestone payment would be due. This made life very easy for me and ensured there was no project slippage or cost creep

Quality of Work - Without this, the rest is meaningless. The final quality of each project is excellent. My vague ambition was for high quality rooms and the design met this ask. The expertise of Darren and Rob ensured that the quality of work delivered the vision of the initial design.

Overall a very happy customer! If I had more bathrooms I wouldn't look anywhere else.

We have just had our en-suite & bathroom updated by DS Bathrooms. Absolutely stunning. Well worth the wait. Darren & Rob are really good tidy workers. Finished job is outstanding.

In 2019 we had our new bathroom fitted and fast forward to 2026 it is still as good as new. However, we had a small issue, that a local plumber we had previously used did not reply to. Contacted D S Bathrooms to ask about the part we would need to replace. We were blown away by Darren’s response that he would come and deal with it. And he certainly did that, impressing on us that it is not just the fitting but the aftercare that is part of his promise. Can’t rate him highly enough. You might have to wait for a bathroom fitting with this guy but he is well worth it

Excellent job started and finished on time

A fantastic experience from initial consultation to finish . I was particularly impressed with the time Darren took to discuss my requirements before even viewing the bathroom . And the 3d panoramic mock up of how my bathroom could look was a definite bonus in helping my decision making.
Once given my installation date this never changed . Darren and Rob arrived on time day 1 and the whole process was complete in just 4 days . I cannot fault the way they worked with respect for my property keeping it clean and tidy throughout.
The end result is absolutely amazing way more than I had expected, I couldn't be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending DS Bathrooms to anyone

Darren and Rob are a great team with Darren in charge of planning and all the admin and customer communications. They are hard working, conscientious, extremely clean and tidy and give 100% focus to the job. Every stage of the work was planned to the minute and executed to perfection and special praise to the quality of the grouting which is exceptional! The new bathroom is beautiful and I would definitely recommend DS Bathrooms

Excellent job, on time and on cost

Darren was on time and well organised, every thing he needed was in place before starting, items in our house were protected.
Darren didn’t waste anytime, got straight into the job in hand.
The wow factor when first seen after completion was amazing. We were both stunned at how amazing the bathroom looks now.

When we were looking at having our tired bathroom replaced, we had looked at exploring a few quotes. However, on meeting Darren we immediately decided that his company was the one we were going to use. He doesn't employ any high pressure selling - financials aren't discussed at the initial appointment - leaving you time to make your own mind up later when the quote follows by email.

He priced additional options and, now that the bathroom is installed, he obviously only uses materials of the highest calibre. He was easily reachable whenever we had questions about possible further options and was always willing to give his professional opinion on whether they were necessary or viable.

The waiting list for installation was approximately 6 months, which is testament to how in demand his services are.

A few days before installation, we received a reminder call so we could make space for materials storage, access and egress etc.

Darren and Rob arrived right on time on day 1 and spent a lot of time meticulously protecting the floors and furniture in the house before removing the old bathroom suite. Everything was coordinated, from the day the electrician would arrive, to sorting out removal of waste afterwards.

Aftercare and warranties have also been explained to us, so we have confidence that in the event anything goes wrong, it'll be remedied.

The finished installation is out of this world (look on their social media for examples of work done). We would highly recommend. A++

Waited 7 months to fitting date and installation still completed on time, fantastic job and great work by Darren and his team. The care and attention is outstanding and I would absolutely recommend them for any job.

Darren came highly recommended from family members who were very happy with his work. He came to my rescue after my shower screen door exploded! He has managed to squeeze me in to replace my shower screen and all the cladding on the walls. I’m absolutely over the moon. Left the place so clean and tidy too.

DS Bathrooms fitted our bathroom last year, and the quality of the initial installation was outstanding. Everything was finished to a very high standard, and we were extremely happy with the final result.

Nearly a year later — still within the 12-month warranty — we experienced two separate leaks: one from a soil pipe and another from a condenser pipe off a radiator. At first, we thought they might have been linked to the bathroom installation.

We contacted Darren on both occasions, and his response was exceptional. He replied within the hour, arrived the same day, and fixed both issues quickly and professionally. Neither problem was actually related to the bathroom work, yet he still took the time to help us.

His customer service, contactability, and willingness to go above and beyond — especially 11 months after installation — are far beyond what you’d normally expect.

We genuinely can’t recommend DS Bathrooms highly enough. High-quality workmanship and absolutely exceptional support.

From consultation to completion an absolutely professional job. More than happy with the result. Darren very patient especially when I changed my mind about the times then selected the ones I’d already picked again! Arrived on time no mess no fuss all rubbish cleared promptly.
