I would highly recommend More Bathrooms. I had a total refit - Julie created a fantastic design transforming an outdated bathroom into a bright clean design with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Joe did a meticulous survey to check everything would fit and also access into my house (small terrace with steps and awkward porch). Darren worked long days to fit it, grafting very hard in the hot summer days and in a tight space. Darren is an absolute perfectionist and certainly knows his trade. He worked extremely clean considering the work undertaken and has done a wonderful job!

Bathroom Conversion
We converted our bathroom into a shower room and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The fitter who carried out the work was absolutely fabulous. We are first time buyers and therefore never taken up this sort of project or work, so he was very knowledgeable and helpful in us making the right decisions. The company as a whole were great, they kept us upto date with what was going to happen from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this company and will be utilising their services again when we update the ensuite and downstairs wc.

Amazing bathroom transformation
More Bathrooms came to make my bathroom into a wet room due to my disabilities. Elliot who came to do the job was amazing. He worked really hard and on his own, except for the flooring. He took the bath out and replaced our bason. Fitted panels, a shower, new light and extractor fan. He even cleaned up when he finished. He treated our home with respect and kept asking my husband's opinion throughout. The bathroom is going to make such a big difference to my life.

Excellent company - quality products, quality people
We are very impressed with our new bathroom from Passmore Group, it looks stunning!
It was a smooth experience from the word go from our initial visit to the showroom, followed by the design process (Garry Kirkbright), to the survey (Joe Lomax) and final installation which was completed on time. Our fitter, Louis, did a first class job, he is professional, courteous, respectful, methodical and tidy, paid great attention to detail, and is a real asset to the company!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Passmores, they are a great company to do business with. Yes, you will pay more than if you had individual tradespeople but we felt it was good value for money and what you will get is quality, reliability and professionalism.

Disappointing
Did a nice job on the bathroom but left a lot unfinished. Did not take care of the rest of the house, eg, no shoe covers on my wooden floor, holes left in the walls, carpets spoiled, heating not working, etc.
Needed someone to come round at the end and check it out, but no one did. Disappointing.

Good, reliable company
Passmore has renewed our en-suite bathroom, and we are delighted with the result. From our first contact to completion they were helpful and very not at all 'pushy'. Our fitter, Martin, worked so hard and the standard of his workmanship is very high.

More Bathrooms have just completed a full bathroom refit for us. Excellent service throughout. A big shoutout to Ryan who actually completed the refit, friendly, polite, hard working and nothing was too much trouble, took excellent care within the rest of our property as well. Bathroom excellent Job Done !!!
I has a total bathroom refit and I would like to say a big thank you. From day one the organisation was second non. All credit goes to the Emil and his work ethic. He fully prepped the flooring, his punctuality, he put in a full day's work, always polite, and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. On completion I was absolutely impressed and delighted with my new bathroom. Emily work was better than I expected and I'm am truly grateful I didn't have nothing to clean up after either. He did everything. AMAZING!!!

Great fitter but delays spoilt the experience
We chose Passmore because we wanted a quality job with good project management rather than trying to coordinate it all ourselves. We thought the price was steep but decided to go ahead anyway as we were paying for a managed service.
We were told our project would take 3 weeks from start to finish, but it was actually four due to delays. We can’t fault the fitter who was lovely, punctual, polite and did a full day’s graft every day (he would get 5 stars) however we had a delay with the basin which should’ve been picked up given the lead time to starting the job was long enough (our start date was rearranged without us being told at the beginning too as I notice other reviewers have noted). On the day the electrician was supposed to come he hadn’t been booked in by the office meaning more waiting (he is a sub contractor, although the website says they don’t use subs).
At first they were attentive and visited regularly including the boss checking in to go through stuff with the fitter but once the delays started our installation manger went very quiet and it was left to our fitter to give us the bad news that work would run into another day, then another. The inconvenience of having the house upside down and dusty for three weeks we were prepared for but for it to go beyond that is frustrating and really tested our patience. When we mentioned this at project sign off, we were told it was never a 3 week job, and had always been intended to take a month, which is different to what was explained to us at the start, so again misalignment of communications.
If you want a more truthful view of these guys I’d say look at their Google reviews which are more honest/balanced than what I’ve seen here on Trustpilot.
The ultimate test is always would you use them again and the answer for us is probably no. The initial design was good but I would’ve liked more of a consultation / being shown options rather than everything decided in one go for us. For the premium costs they charge I’d expect a five star service and that wasn’t quite our experience.

I chose Passmore for the remodel of our bathroom because we’d previously had them redo the kitchen and the work then was excellent. They also do accessible bathroom fittings which we needed.
