For me the company got everything right, Andy in the showroom ( very friendly and Knowledgeable) he listened to our needs pointed us in the right direction arranged a home visit to survey and agree a plan of action. Jack site surveyor who measured and did drawings to aid installation and the ordering of items required.Dale and Ryan the installers made contact to advise on arrival time etc, as planned they arrived punctual ,introduced themselves and after their initial assessment they put down carpet protection and moved safely anything that might be in the way.Advised us of their plan of action.What an asset they are to your company,they informed and advised as the work progressed, 2 very polite and professional tradesmen at their best .The completed work was finished in the suggested timeline to a very high standard,we were invited to inspect the workmanship before they left having cleaned and vacuumed up leaving us with nothing to do.I would have no problem recommending your company to anyone in the future. Thoroughly professional
Passmore installed a new kitchen for me last September, so I was very much inclined to use their More Bathrooms branch for this recently completed installation. Again the process was very efficiently handled at all stages, from Julie's design work to the fitting by Mark, who did an excellent job and kept me informed of all processes. I would particularly highlight the standard of the materials and the clear-up process, which was immaculate.

We are very pleased with the bathroom. The design process and advice was great. After the survey we did change the design and the company were very helpful. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the work and the whole process.

Cloakroom upgrade …
From design to completion the process took less than three months.
The construction team Dean and Ryan were pleasant and efficient. We were very pleased with the way the area was cleared up at the end of each day.
I suppose our main criticism would be that the bathroom was not cleaned of all the splashed plaster and chunks of hardened plaster left to dry at the end of the job.

I had my small bathroom converted to a shower room. The whole process from planning the design, to choosing the fittings and having the work carried out was very well organised and completed to a high standard. I am delighted with the end result.

Had a wet room installed
Had a wet room installed, the fitter called Jarek was amazing from start to finish, very polite and considerate. Worked hard non stop from the moment her arrived to the time he left. Very clean and tidy worker making sure both inside and outside of the home was tidy and organised before he left , showing he respected my home. Making sure no trip hazards acknowledging my mobility issues. I thought he was absolutely amazing and would recommend him to anyone. No complaints at all. The customer services handler of the company were very helpful when I phoned to enquire about a few things making whole processes easier.
I would highly recommend this company as a whole.

What a difference this bathroom has made!
I cannot fault any part of my experience working with More Bathrooms. From visiting the showroom to seeing the designs to having the work completed, has been seamless. They’re professional, accommodating and just lovely to deal with. I’d like to say a special thank you to Mark the fitter, Glynn the electrician and Lee the tiler. They truly brought the design to life and these bathroom designs are only as good as the finish these guys have the skills to deliver.
