In 5899Rs received a poor quality office chair, the seat had somthing protruding inside, the wheels were if poor plastic, had lot of finish issues however the customer service keept on refusing to return the product until the return policy ended. Poor experience

Hello this is deep rangani who has purchased one ecovacs robot from moglix . After that I called to ecovacs company but they told me that we are not authorised for moglix please contact to moglix. Than after contacting to moglix they given me irrelevant answer this process are going through in their time period bit they could return it back.
It’s humble request to all that do not purchase any product from moglix

Worst shopping experience

Worst shopping experience, I purchased a water pump and induction. It was damaged and defective and upon requesting for exchange they are asking too many questions and proofs. If I talk about defective they reply I should contact the brand for that. Seriously?? I purchased from moglix and now I. Directed to talk to brand. When contacting brand they ask us to contact moglix.

Such a worst experience, and worst is that I gave a review at moglix and they have discarded my review and not displaying in their page. Ha ha ha.

I ordered a Room Heater and received…

I ordered a Room Heater and received damaged one that was not working, when I applied for exchange after uploading images of invoice, shipping details, packaging and product. Then my request was rejected and I was asked to upload more images of product and packaging, even after doing that my request was declined. They are not picking calls now.

Poor customer service. I feel cheated. They sent expired, reused, damaged product. On requesting the customer service response is very poor. My personal opinion don't buy from this company. You will definitely waste your hard earned money. Thanks
