Mitch came round to give us a quote and we got the instant feeling that he had respect for our belongings (especially a LOT of house plants!) which, along with the competitive price, gave us confidence to pick him.
His whole system of booking etc and communication was really easy to follow.

On the day of moving, four extremely friendly and strong lads - Geoff, Delvin, Alan, Byron - came round at the exact time we expected and got to work quickly! They were careful and respectful of our belongings, our dogs on the property, and our own disabilities. Importantly, as an autistic adult, they were patient with me asking questions about how it all worked and what to expect, from their experiences of moving days. I never felt ignored, unheard, unvalued through the moving day process.
The lads were nice and chirpy from 8am until 7pm despite the late key release, trying to make sure they could place everything exactly where we wanted it in the new house despite the dark sky and piles of boxes!

The guys from MLW were amazing today for my move. They had to do it all in a day which meant it was hard work from start to finish. They were there early and stayed late to unload everything due to delays in the chain. They were so patient and calm and loaded the vans to absolute max capacity with such care and attention to the valuable items! Lots of belongings were wrapped and protected and handled with great care. The team made it as stress free as possible for a move day. Thank you so much to all of you. You are a great team and I’m so grateful to you. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. And would absolutely use them again. Thank you.

What a brilliant company. From getting a quote, to dealing with our move being delayed for so long, they have been very considerate and understanding. Our move (to storage) went smoothly, the 3 guys led by Alan, were all friendly, very polite and efficient.

They arrived on time and were clean and tidy. They treated everything with great care and covered the delicate furniture etc with blankets. Proper covers for the TV and electrical items. Nothing was too much trouble. Great team thank you.

Before the move Mitch was really helpful in accommodating various proposed move dates. On the day of removals Jeff and Devlin were absolute stars. They were respectful of my property and lived everything with care. The keys for new property were not available until 4.55pm so they did not finish up packing until almost 8pm but they were cheerful and helpful up to the end! Would highly recommend this company

My dad was moving recently and the exchange date moved forward leaving us short notice to move. We managed to book MLW Removals at short notice and they helped secure our date while this was confirmed with the solicitors. The team on the day were excellent, my dad’s house was emptied quickly and efficiently. We then had a very long wait for the keys, the team were very patient and after 5+ hours of waiting the vans were emptied and my dad’s new property began to fill up. Expertise, a willingness to help and team work that made the whole day go to plan.
MLW Removals will be my first call next time.

What can I say. Mitch Geoff and all the team that helped us with the first part of our move, you were amazing. Professional, nothing was too much trouble, kind and a pleasure to have in our home moving all our possessions into storage. Geoff and the team took great care loading Frank. Thankyou to Geoff who went out of his way to bring us the key for the storage unit,in his own time, in the evening.
