I can't recommend MLW Removals highly enough.

They recently moved us from Weston-super-Mare to Falmouth, and from start to finish the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Geoff, Jack, Delvin and Rich, who were professional, friendly, hardworking, and genuinely cared about making what could have been a very stressful day as smooth as possible.

Partway through the move I unfortunately had a fall. The team immediately stopped what they were doing, helped me back up, made sure I was okay, and simply took care of everything from there. Their kindness and compassion meant a great deal to me and my family, and it's something we won't forget.

It was a very long day, but nothing was ever too much trouble. They treated our belongings with great care, kept us informed throughout, and worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces.

My genuine thanks to everyone at MLW Removals, and especially Geoff, Jack, Delvin and Rich. If you're looking for a removal company that's professional, reliable and genuinely cares about its customers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Geoff and Byron helped us with our move, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Moving is usually incredibly overwhelming, without the stress of moving 2 houses into 1 on the same day, but these two made the whole experience a lot less stressful.

They were professional, careful, and efficient, but what really set them apart was how thoughtful they were.

It was the little things they did that made such a huge difference - for example, they noticed a few loose screws on my daughter's unit and knocked them back in for me without me even asking!

If you want a removal team that goes above and beyond and actually cares about your things, ask for Geoff and Byron. I can't recommend them highly enough!

From getting a quote through to moving into our new home Mitch and his team (Geoff, Rich and Alan) were very cheerful, friendly and efficient and turned a stressful time into an easy and relaxed experience.

From start to finish, great experience. Would highly recommend this company and team for any removal. I was highly unorganised and still had packing to do on the day of moving. They were patient, helpful and worked around me. Loaded my flat up in no time and took care with belongings….and all my plants! I couldn’t recommend MLW Removals highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly efficient, with excellent communication and fantastic customer service throughout.

A special thank you to Geoff, Rich, Tom and Jack, who were absolutely brilliant. The packing service was thorough and professional, and it was clear they took great care with all of our belongings. They were diligent in how everything was packed and handled, giving us complete confidence that our possessions were in safe hands.

On moving day, they were fantastic unloading the vans and placing everything exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, approachable, hardworking and genuinely lovely people, which made what can be a stressful day feel so much easier.

Rich and Delvin moved us from Somerset to Northamptonshire today. They were brilliant, turned up on time, took care with our belongings, were polite and helpful throughout the day. Excellent removal service from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. Everything was packed really carefully and securely, and they worked incredibly hard all day — including carrying everything up and down lots of stairs without complaint. They stayed until the whole job was completely finished, reassembled the furniture at the other end, and made what could have been a stressful move feel much easier. Highly recommend!

As arranged, Delvin, Rich and Alan arrived at 07:00 hours to move us from Weston-super-Mare to Merseyside a journey of 200 miles. These guys are professional, courteous and friendly. They took great care with all our furniture and despite an almost 2 hour delay when the M5 was closed, remained committed and in good spirits. We would like to thank them for their great work and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Alan and rich were fantastic, they made our move a lot less stressful. Highly recommend if we move ever again I will definitely be using this company. Thanks again guys.

From first contact with Mitch to final unloading by Jack and Delvin, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Everything was loaded and unloaded with care and placed in the room labelled on the box. Delvin reconnected my washing machine at the new place for me, which was very much appreciated. Floor coverings and wardrobe box not brought, but no problem nevertheless. Proper job, boys - thanks very much.

Totally wowed by how Mitch and his team made it work for us at extremely last minute. We used the full pack and move service and so glad we did. My star of the show was Tom but Jack (first day on the job packing our house and you would never have known) was amazing and so courteous too. Not sure the show would have ended as well if Alan wasn’t there so a sincere thanks to all of the team! Only thing we didn’t see that is quoted in your sale and I’ve since seen on Facebook videos is the carpet covering which would have been an extra wow after shampooing all carpets for the new home owners! A job well done so thanks guys 5 stars
