On the day of my move I had a particular worry about neighbours causing trouble about parking issues,,too which Alan Rich and Jeff totally understood and put my mind at ease..The day of my move it was very warm,, they battled through dispite that,, with their amusing sense of humour,,it really helped on the day..Alan Jeff and Rich went above and beyond to ease the anxiety of the day..So Thankyou guys so much and to Mich too,,I definitely recommend MLW because of my positive experience and also value for money..

We recently used this removal company for our house move and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process.

They provided all the packaging materials, which made things so much easier, and took great care in packing our belongings securely. On moving day, they handled everything with care and attention, including dismantling our beds and reassembling them perfectly at the new house—saving us a huge amount of time and stress.

Nothing was too much trouble, and the team remained friendly and helpful the whole time. Moving can be a stressful experience, but they made it feel smooth and well organised.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality removal service. Truly a 5-star experience!

Fantastic service from start to finish . Firstly with the quote Mitch responded within the hour . I wasn’t 100% sure with the responses I had submitted and asked if someone could come out to check the quote , again Mitch responded and visited my property to review the quote in person and actually reduced the quote !
When I wanted to book for the removals they were already booked but managed to move another booking around to fit me in .
I had a confirmation email the evening before the booking to confirm the appointment and the teams arrival time which is always reassuring and put and worries to rest.
On the day of our move we had 3 clean and tidy vans arrive with 3 staff members (Alan, Delvin and Byron) all in uniform and on time . All 3 were friendly and respectful of all my items to be moved and properties on both sides of the move . The team knew what they were doing and were confident which made me feel comfortable and confident, they worked hard with no complaints and I would definitely use their services again and can honestly recommend.

I can recommend everything about this company.
Jeff and the team were amazing, they went above and beyond for us. Our move was late in the afternoon and went on, I’m pretty sure, until well after they would normally stop.
They were kind and thoughtful and took great care of all of our belongings.

I think there on the side of the vans it says “taking the stress out of moving “ (or something like that ) it certainly was the case .

Was a case of what an earth is going on here , three guys turned up in three separate vehicles . All of that was just a desire to get done quickly and they certainly did .

Geoff, Rich and Byron were excellent , they went above and beyond , sorting out some non moving bits for me and they were very friendly , down to earth and de stressed me almost immediately on their arrival .

We were lucky enough to get the keys quite early so we had time to get to the new house and get it all unpacked and they were able to go by 5. From start to finish you were all fantastic, so helpful and did such a great job. Thank you so much to each and everyone of you for making everything less stressful!

An amazingly successful move (again) from MLW from one part of Bristol to another. Cheerful from beginning to end and not a thing too much trouble. Certainly no damage to any of my possessions. What a company! From first interaction to saying goodbye at our new house, I was amazed. Mitch, Geoff, Delvin & Bryon were amazing. We used them to pack up our house and move us. We had some delays, but Mitch was great at understanding the situation. The lads made us laugh and helped moving day seem less stressful. They knew how to pack, understood the importance of certain items and everything was carefully loaded into vans for transport. We relocated around 10 miles and nothing was broken. They were honestly amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend and I will be using them again. Thank you lads, you made our day less stressful and are brilliant.

The MLW team were amazing! Having never used movers before I wasn’t sure what to expect but they really did take care of everything. The whole process was so straight forward; getting a quote and booking couldn’t have been easier and the guys on the day were so helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again. They have been wonderful from start to finish ..it was a difficult move personally and they were so super understanding.

Not really one for giving reviews..particularly when the likes of Amazon etc allegedly bribe the reviewers…but in this case I’m driven to make an exception.
A traumatic 4 property chain lasting 6 months, completing Christmas week.(Dec 2025).
It was predicted to string out to New Year but last minute the chain all clicked. Our booked movers (major name) left us hanging then the day before moving day cancelled ! PANIC!
Ringing around 16 movers with no luck, we stumbled across MLW. MITCH WAS LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, made every effort to help
and tweaked existing schedule to squeeze us in !
The team were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, polite, cheerfull, helpfull and couldn’t have done more - nothing was too much trouble. A (very) long winters day, dark and raining did not deter these guys.They smiled all the way through ! Every single item of our large, 3 bed house plus annex (with some very heavy lumps of furniture) was moved with care and respect. They waited patiently for the inevitable hand over delays and placed all items exactly where we requested.Absolutely nothing got lost, damaged or misplaced.
There was no endless pages of contract, no waiting fees or insurance waivers - just very rare good old fashioned customer service.One price quoted, no hidden rip offs.
On top of all this, MLW were over £2000 cheaper than the big name single truck company who wanted us to jump through endless hoops and pay 50% up front !
I CAN HAND ON HEART RECOMMEND MLW 101%…YOU REALLY WOULD BE MISSING A TRICK NOT USING THESE GUYS ….THEY TURNED A NIGHTMARE SITUATION INTO THE BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT WE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR.

Mitch came round to give us a quote and we got the instant feeling that he had respect for our belongings (especially a LOT of house plants!) which, along with the competitive price, gave us confidence to pick him.
His whole system of booking etc and communication was really easy to follow.

On the day of moving, four extremely friendly and strong lads - Geoff, Delvin, Alan, Byron - came round at the exact time we expected and got to work quickly! They were careful and respectful of our belongings, our dogs on the property, and our own disabilities. Importantly, as an autistic adult, they were patient with me asking questions about how it all worked and what to expect, from their experiences of moving days. I never felt ignored, unheard, unvalued through the moving day process.
The lads were nice and chirpy from 8am until 7pm despite the late key release, trying to make sure they could place everything exactly where we wanted it in the new house despite the dark sky and piles of boxes!
