You took away all my dentist anxiety , you explained everything from the start to the end. You kept on checking on me, to see if I was still ok to proceed with the tooth extraction. Mr Simon Moore, you were right Heena is the best.

Had a tooth extraction which I thought I would be ok with, but ended up having a complete meltdown halfway through. Not the procedure itself as it all went better than expected, more the thought of it. The dentist and dental nurse were amazing. They did a great job calming me down whilst being so comforting and understanding. Don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience having something so awful. The receptionist was so nice too - overall 10/10
Despite having never been to this practice, they have managed to debit our bank account £215. We have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails but the staff just keep on racking up the debit when they're supposed to be making the refund. Emails are unanswered and we are desperate. Avoid at all costs.

When I was seven years old I had a terrible experience at the school dentist ! So bad, and I can still vividly remember it all, I have avoided the dentist for - wait for it - SIXTY YEARS.
However, with my mouth in a terrible mess I had to do something. My grandson told me not to be a wimp ! Registering with a local dentist I was referred to MK Dental Spa for some major extractions.
It is difficult to explain my experience. I was nervous but not scared of what was to happen. It is also not easy to explain what I consider to be unique about MK Dental Spa - very professional YES, but surrounded in a kind and personal way, unique. The welcome is genuine and staff speak to you as a friend not just as a patient.
THANK YOU to everyone there for sorting me out. To those reading this review - DO NOT be a wimp like me and avoid the dentist for 60 years. Pop along to MK Dental Spa.
