Never received my order after getting text that it had been delivered went to front porch nothing contacted Misfts immediately about 1am my next door neighbor rings my bell i answer he said mis delivered to his building boxes open all meat missing steak chicken ground beef so a 300 dollar ordered reduced to 80 dollar order thanks for the veggies 😑 I forgot so 5day wait for refund or starve the rest of the month for next order date to get groceries??

The experience was great for the adventurous foodie. Prices are similar to neighborhood market. Plus, if you need to cancel (or temporarily suspend) your membership for whatever reason you can do that quite easily, no muss, no fuss.

Misfits Market makes organic foods available for the budget conscious and for concerns about food quality. They have provided excellent service and delivery without error and the one time I felt my broccoli was missing, Misfits Market refunded it immediately. The reason to bring this up is not the refund in itself, but that they have a feedback mechanism in their system to report problems. There is a button on each receipt to report problems. Also, they send an email to check and make sure that they are on top of this. Happy customers come back.

I’ve tried this place four different times now, really hoping the quality would improve, but the produce still isn’t fresh. The peaches, apricots, and other items go bad before they even have a chance to ripen. Fresh organic produce should last for weeks — when it goes bad in just a few days, that usually means it wasn’t fresh to begin with.

To be fair, there are good things. The staff is always very nice, everything is packed well, and they do reimburse you when the food is bad. I appreciate that part. But considering the prices, I expect better quality from the start. I don’t think my expectations are too high — I just want produce that’s actually fresh and worth what I’m paying.

At this point, the value just isn’t matching the cost, and the consistency hasn’t improved even after multiple tries.

I wish I had know about this organic fruit and vegetable service YEARS ago. I live in a rural area and we have no organic food nearby. This is a life saver and the food does NOT look like a misfit!! It’s beautiful! So happy!

I am loving this service! I especially appreciate the sizes/amounts as I’m a single woman and it’s getting harder to shop in the stores. I love the variety of items and the freshness, too!!

My order from Misfits Market arrived in a nicely sealed box, all of my food was at the correct temperature and packed so carefully .

I've been a satisfied Misfits Market customer for several years. Nice selection of items (I especially love the fresh produce options), reasonable pricing (especially for organics), easy ordering, very reasonable minimum order amount, careful protective packaging, lots of shopping perks, good and frequent sales, and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Got my 1st order on Friday and the entire experience was awesome. Most specifically, the groceries were all top notch, which frankly was a surprise. The process of ordering was easy and the reminders were very appreciated. Looking forward to more....

Somehow my misfits ordered became derailed somewhere along the line. The customer service team assessed the situation and gave me a partial refund for the items that didn’t make the elongated travel. Quick and efficient !

When the box was delivered to the wrong address, rendering some of the food inedible, I sent a message online. Two days later, the credit showed up in my bank account.
Also, they carry some healthy foods that are not available in Toledo stores.

Love Misfits, great customer service, the app is easy to use also.

Have been ordering for about a year+. There have been a very few mishaps. Customer service is excellent and always ready to help me with any issu.

Genuinely awful company. It sounds extremely promising. Less waste, they pick up and recycle the stuff, and it's perfectly fine food delivered to your door. How can it be bad? Well they outright don't pick up any of the materials they say they do. It's outright not true. Their drivers are unable to be normal with boxes so their goal is to launch your box at the door as hard as they possibly can, guaranteeing that at least something is broken inside. I had the service for 2 years. I got boxes once a week. I NEVER had a week where everything was fine. Something was destroyed in every. Single. Box. Yogurt? Yeah you can't have that. Ever. After 6 weeks in a row of having to wash my produce off because of chronic yogurt issues, I contacted them. Normally, I just get a refund and go about my day. Their answer? GIVE US A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. The kicker? I know of 3 other people that canceled their subscription for the exact same issue. It's a terrible company with dog water customer service. Imperfect Foods and Misfit Market are the same company. I'm going to definitely keep a company for groceries, as it's made life just a little simpler. But this company genuinely isn't worth it. I've never been this annoyed and I never could've even imagine caring, but here I am writing a review so hopefully other people don't deal with this. Good luck. Don't pick this company.

Horrible experience on my first time joining (which they demand in order to look at their produce selections). As soon as a placed just afew things in my cart (I wasn't even finished sorting through what I needed and needed to delete) Misfit market suddenly charged my bank account without my official authorization!!And because I was waiting for social security, I was overdrawn! As a low income senior this was a huge unexpected hit! I immediately tried to cancel but the sum remains in "pending." I read so many positive reviews on their site...and now I am discovering many disappointed customer reviews. Do not recommend!

I have no complaints. The only thing that is annoying for me is when I miss the shopping window thats not fun but other than that I love this company>
