Great rotating options and excellent staff to help with any issues!

Somehow my misfits ordered became derailed somewhere along the line. The customer service team assessed the situation and gave me a partial refund for the items that didn’t make the elongated travel. Quick and efficient !

When the box was delivered to the wrong address, rendering some of the food inedible, I sent a message online. Two days later, the credit showed up in my bank account.
Also, they carry some healthy foods that are not available in Toledo stores.

Love Misfits, great customer service, the app is easy to use also.

Have been ordering for about a year+. There have been a very few mishaps. Customer service is excellent and always ready to help me with any issu.

Genuinely awful company. It sounds extremely promising. Less waste, they pick up and recycle the stuff, and it's perfectly fine food delivered to your door. How can it be bad? Well they outright don't pick up any of the materials they say they do. It's outright not true. Their drivers are unable to be normal with boxes so their goal is to launch your box at the door as hard as they possibly can, guaranteeing that at least something is broken inside. I had the service for 2 years. I got boxes once a week. I NEVER had a week where everything was fine. Something was destroyed in every. Single. Box. Yogurt? Yeah you can't have that. Ever. After 6 weeks in a row of having to wash my produce off because of chronic yogurt issues, I contacted them. Normally, I just get a refund and go about my day. Their answer? GIVE US A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. The kicker? I know of 3 other people that canceled their subscription for the exact same issue. It's a terrible company with dog water customer service. Imperfect Foods and Misfit Market are the same company. I'm going to definitely keep a company for groceries, as it's made life just a little simpler. But this company genuinely isn't worth it. I've never been this annoyed and I never could've even imagine caring, but here I am writing a review so hopefully other people don't deal with this. Good luck. Don't pick this company.

Horrible experience on my first time joining (which they demand in order to look at their produce selections). As soon as a placed just afew things in my cart (I wasn't even finished sorting through what I needed and needed to delete) Misfit market suddenly charged my bank account without my official authorization!!And because I was waiting for social security, I was overdrawn! As a low income senior this was a huge unexpected hit! I immediately tried to cancel but the sum remains in "pending." I read so many positive reviews on their site...and now I am discovering many disappointed customer reviews. Do not recommend!

I have no complaints. The only thing that is annoying for me is when I miss the shopping window thats not fun but other than that I love this company>

The customer care agent who assisted me replied quickly with a friendly attitude and professionally developed information. We were able to solve the problem on the first try!

The watermelon radishes were so dried up and old they were inedible. The halibut pieces were all tendons and inedible parts. Of the rest of my order it was okay I guess but I feel cheated by the fish and roots so won’t order again. They did refund me so that’s something I guess. I asked a support question and no one ever answered rather they just closed my request and asked how they did 😳

Really poor overall

Almost everything I ordered either came in rotten, broken open or in half, or so hard they were inedible.
Their logistics is beyond terrible. I received it two days late, the bottom of the box was wet from the melted ice packs. Find anywhere to shop online for fruits and vegetables.

I have never ordered anything from Misfits but they sure want to charge my card every other week for 62 and some change. I only created a account and looked at the menu I think this is ridiculous I have written to the company and asked why they continue every other week for 5 months trying to charge my card I had to go into my banks app and block the merchant, when you want to sign up and “look” at the items they want a card number after you create your username password and personal information, I hate this because I never ordered ANYTHING I ONLY WANTED TO SEE WHAT THEY OFFERED!!!

Misfits is not a good description of these products. The produce does have some slight blemishes, but you won’t notice it when tasting the sweet tomatoes or crispy sugar snap peas. The crepes, muffins and other sweet items are delicious. Meats are good quality. Everything I’ve tried has been good. Worth it to try new items and taste fresh produce.

Misfits Market looks out for our farmers, the environment and their customers.
They offer a wide variety of products and farm fresh produce. Some of the produce may be under sized or misshapen but always fresh and tasty. I'm able to get the organic and vegan items I want for my family.
If there is ever an issue with products or delivery, it is handled quickly. A package of apricots popped open during shipping and they rolled around in the box and got squished. Customer support took care of me quickly and is looking into the packaging and handling of small items packed plastic clamshell containers, for better outcomes in the future.

I have been a customer for a few years now. The quality of the produce is excellent and so much better than supermarkets so the price is worth it IMO. While there are small issues once in a while, the customer service is outstanding! Which, is so hard to come by with most companies these days. These two facts keep me coming back.

I love the products and how they are shipped. The packaging and fast delivery. Also my favorite mushrooms are always available and at a great price and freshness. I have seen the company grow in all ways. I love what you do! Thank you!

I have been a customer of Misfits Market for several years now. The customer service is excellent. The produce is very fresh and the meats and seafood are very good too. They have some unique items and some hard-to-find produce. They have a lot of choices for people who are vegan, or who want gluten free items. They also have household, beauty, and pet items - my dog LOVES the “Shameless Pets Reelin’ Salmon” treats-they have real salmon in them as a major ingredient and I think they help keep her skin and coat nice. Delivery is very dependable and food is packaged well, including with freezer packs. Much of the packaging and the freezer packs can be returned for re-use. The only reason I took off one star is because they don’t always have the same products, so sometimes a favorite item just disappears. Also, some of the prices, especially for produce, are quite a bit higher than the same thing in the grocery stores where I shop.

Great variety of products in all departments, ships fast once shopping time closes, arrives without damage early in day (I usually receive mine by 9:30AM), very little damage/flaws in products (even those listed as "slightly scarred"), great customer service team as the ONE time I did have an issue, it was remedied immediately. In addition, the little profit they receive goes to worthy causes, and they are helping to reduce waste by selling otherwise damaged products that would be tossed by larger wholesalers.

I've been using Misfits for a few months now, and have been very happy. I don't personally care if the produce I receive isn't "picture perfect". I'm more focused on quality and taste than appearance. I order primarily organic products also. Misfits is efficient and they do what they say they're going to do. I've had 2 issues on 2 separate orders of one container of sour cream arriving broken, and one bag of chips being packed on the bottom resulting in crushed product. I sent Misfits an email and was immediately issued a credit. Shipments are on time, packed with recyclable packaging, and with packs to keep items cold. So far, I'm very happy with this company and their mission and in the long run I save money by not going into the supermarket and picking up more than I went in for. Highly recommend.
