The car was in a very good condition, and staff at the reception was very nice.

I'm impressed with the service they provide I picked up the car on Saturday and on my home I call in to see my auntie and when I hop in the car to home it won't start contact the owner and within 10 minutes he was there with another vehicle to swap with the one I had. That was awesome service vehicle wise and price as well and I would
like to recommend them to anyone fantastic service great experience for myself...

I dealt with nice people. They staff that helped me were great. However the car itself sank of past cigarettes, pulled hard to the left and was not really in good order. You can at least put a working set of wiper blades on your vehicle.

Actually I didn't post this response, not sure who did on my behalf. My original feedback to you was that I was disappointed there was a need to change vehicles twice. The first car had 3 bald tyres & brake issues. The second car had an airbag warning light. The final vehicle ended up developing a brake grinding noise and the rear vision mirror fell off in transit enroute to dropping it off. Previous to this we have had generally great experiences. I hope this is just a bizarre sequence of unconnected events and not an indication of a decline in the quality of vehicles you are now providing.
