Ben was extremely helpful in sorting out my camping gear. He had a really great knowledge of all the product range, and was able to help recommend the best kit for my 5 day mountain hike. I was really impressed by how much insight he had on the tents, hiking gear, and product accessories. I would definitely buy from this store again.

Great customer service
Ben in the Stroud store was very helpful to me when I came to visit. I explained that that trousers I had bought were falling off me and I needed the smaller size. I tried them on and they were great. He suggested I bring the other pair back, which I did and he processed the refund for me. It was all so easy. Thank you.

Excellent service in Stroud
I went into the Stroud branch on 21st July for some information. The team member was ever so helpful and went above and beyond. Lovely Staff
Have been into millets stroud many times and have been very grateful and pleased for the service every single time. The staff are friendly and always helpful with any questions or queries. The other day i went in for a new pair of walking boots for my upcoming trip to the lake district, i was served by a young man named ben who was extremely patient and just a lovely person. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and you could tell he was genuinely interested in the subject and helping me find the right product.

lovely customer service

Great Customer Service
Went in to look for some camping cooking equipment, and asked to see what they had in store. Was then helpfully shown what they had in stock, and recommended specifics I might have forgotten had they not pointed it out. Can’t fault them. All of it worked great on the trip too.
