Good experience, but Mighty is the brand for their oldest campers, so expect lots of noise inside when you're driving (we had to yell at the top of our lungs for the kids to hear us), and broken/age... See more

Loved the experience overall but very disappointed that the side awning was broken. We stayed at beachfront sites in full sun, Hunter Valley in 38 degree heat followed by rain with no shelter. We advised THL while on the road and again at drop off but received no response or compensation.
I would warn anyone to either stay away from these guys as even over 30 days out, you get nothing back should you cancel as we did due to the current fuel cost and availability going remote. We booked before the middle east was at war and had no idea. Took every cent we had deposited without remorse. Never again.
Camper was clean and well stocked … we had everything we needed for the 10 nights .. the staff were friendly and helpful with our instructions on what to expect and how to prepare ourselves for the trip … great advice was to stay in a campground for the first night to familiarise ourselves with the camper .

Took time to pick up the car. Linens are dirty and smelly. Didnt give us fan even its included in the package.

We had a fantastic experience with our recent campervan rental. The campervan was well-kept and organized, providing a comfortable environment for our trip. The entire process of picking up and returning the vehicle was smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, we highly recommend this rental service for anyone looking to explore with a reliable and tidy campervan. Great experience overall!

Vehicle was not ready at the start of the day we had booked. We had paid for that whole day. The same happened at the end of our use.We had to queue and wait some time.

March 2026. I'm happy with the rental and the deal I got from the company. The 6 berth was perfect for our family.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The company is very trusted

Overpriced (a whopping £117.33gbp per day off season) and utterly dreadful customer service. Ignoring emails, no reply on nearly all of the phone numbers I tried and then even the one number I did manage to get through to attempted to contact their Brisbane office on my behalf and even they couldn’t get through to them!
On collection the supervisor clearly knew very little about the van and omitted giving us any information about the onboard safe amongst other things and no way of contacting anyone within the company to assist us with these issues.
Terrible service and can’t understand how this company has managed to corner the market.
Look forward to seeing a decent competitor in this game in the future.
The campervan was switched to another brand - Cheapa Campers - without warning, explanation or apology. When raised, the concern was dismissed out of hand.
In the end, my going to the top, I finally got recognition that it had been poorly handled and was offered a goodwill refund, which was appreciated. It just took more energy and persistence to get to that point.

Service and response from staff was great.
The rear seat back cushions would be much better if they were curved a bit AK: bucket seat style. Found them uncomfortable for longer distances and continually siding sideways.

Dear staff,
This is our 3rd time using your company.
We never had issues in past but this time it was different. The motorhome had an electrical fault, water had sipped in one of the outlet plugs, causing the power to trip when connecting to the main power at the camp site. Our itinerary is Exmouth and Monkey Mia with a stop in Hamelin pool. So now we are in 40 degrees heat with flies everywhere and two young kids.
During the first 3 days I try to contact roadside assistance: it's a public holiday and I couldn't get help straight away, staff on the phone was trying to help but kept saying that they had to forward my case to head office. On the 4th day roadside send us a mechanic at our campsite in Exmouth. He gets the van started(yes we also had issues with the battery) but tells us that we need an electrician to solve the main power issue. I call roadside assistance and talked with Jake (maybe Jacob), he tells me that he has been in Exmouth a couple times and fully understand the situation. He got us an appointment with a mechanic and with the help of an electrician they fixed the problem in 3 hours. The rest of the holiday was smooth sailing.
In conclusion I consider myself lucky because I leave here in WA and me my family were able to navigate through this difficulties, thanks to a lot of Aussies that helped us along the way,
But what if we were tourists from overseas, that had planned a trip of a lifetime.

What a disasater shop. Unprofessional and overpriced.
Collection starts with a 30mins hard sell of insurance products including verbal threatening tactics. Beware!
Then they hand over the vehicle which was a different camper than what i booked. I had to accept a canper van with no functioning dining area, no proper table and instead they gave me 2 sleeping areas for r persons, while i was a single person renting the van. A total diaregard for customer service followed. Turned out they had forgotten half of the equipment (no toaster no kettle missing water hose connector. So i emailed them and they did not see a need to reply before 2 days passed. The reply was just a rude indifferent " hey buybsome stuff and we may reimburse you!".
The campervan ws an absolute disaster which i would never select. Then they also charged me several hundred dollars extra for collecting sydney and dropping off brisbane although 100s of their vans travel those 2 routes every week. There is no juatification for a made up extra charge. Overall i would never rent from those unproefeasional gabgsters again. Hope this review helps someone. There are plenty of decent canpervan companies out there. Choose a better one. Its easy.

Good basis (cars/trucks) , good motorization and perfect driver/co-driver seat, but VERY POOR camper equipment - loud and shaky when driving, geometry and room concept not very sophisticated (same useable room could be achieved with smaller basis) . Unorganized storage and cooking equipment that rather suits a cabin, than a driving around vehicle. The only really reliable things were the fridge and the solar power roof array. The linnen was too bulky, openable windows did not allow lateral venting. The only small window in the gliding door had no anti insect net, the Barbecue intgegrated in the fuselage from outside was not blockable against sliding in back during operation (the lid squeezed my fingers), the mounting of a side table outside on a sliding door is a joke - as soon as somebody moves in the RV the construction fails.

The campervan worked great! No issues. The check-in was very hectic and time consuming. Seems like a complete review and revamp of their process is warranted. Check-out was better, but still seemed to take longer than I would have guessed.
Overall, a good experience.

It was a real experience and a great Adventure for us to travel 18 weeks in all countries of Australia. The Motorhome was in good condition, some Water leaks on Windowframes and around the AC from the roof. 15000 km about with 11l/100 km was ok.

The camper van was great.
It offered the freedom to visit many different places, on & off grid. It was a pleasure to drive and easy parking. No complicated or lengthy setups - just park and it’s done.
It was comfortable to live in, provided everything required for a few weeks on the road and the freedom to just go with the flow. We were able to really relax, enjoy the van and the places we visited, even in touchy weather, the van was a comfy refuge!
The hire company were easy to deal with & the process was stress free.
