Camper was good. The explanation of a few things was a bit light on (e.g. Ad Blue - sourcing and scarcity in outback, how to work out how much was left, impact if run out).

Our road trip was great, the mechanic part of our campervan worked perfect during over than 7.000 km However the equipment it’s a little bit poor, even with the platinium option; 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 glasses… you need to clean everything everytime you used. When we pick up the campervan the staff told us that they don’t have chairs (wich were included in our pack) but we could buy 2 by a maximum budget of 30$ each and when drop off they will refound us, the problem was that we coudn’t find any chair for less than 40$ so we stayed without chairs during our roadtrip. We would apreciated another blanket for winter nights, they provide one too slim.
Excepting this everything was fine.

Very neat and tidy, with all the basic emenities in it. Beddings were very clean too.

The car is good but being a campervan, it’s not. We had issue on lights/power. We had issue on reimbursing as initially we did not got approval for full amount reimbursement but good thing Elizabeth from customer service helped us. It makes us feel bit better. But as to the campervan, it let us down.

we had a great time. the camper was nearly perfect. we over ordered and got a 6 berth for two of us, but even so we would still get a 4-berth next time. fantastic to drive, with plenty of zip. I thought it would be sluggish going up the alpine passes, nut it was quite the opposite and I had to rein it in. we learnt very quickly that you have to lock all of the drawers before you drive off, and don't leave stuff in the oven or loose any where. loved it so much can't wait to do it again and the staff and service at mighty campers was superb.

Easy booking, great campervan and affordable

Camper was great driving, and altogether a nice campervan. It didn't have a lot of storage space though, so we had to basically live out of our suitcases. Also, we had the 4berth, but don't get that one if you are just with two people as you will be stuck with an extra bed/mattress.

We did wish there were mosquito nets that could be put on the doors to have the doors open at night in the tropical climate in QLD.

It was never made clear at any stage that the vehicle could not be driven on unsealed roads. The relevant clause was buried deep in the Terms and Conditions attached to the main contract. And when we collected the vehicle the staff member had a long list of Dos and Don'ts: Do only use diesel; don't fill the AdBlu, don't fill with petrol; don't drink the water form the tank etc etc. NEVER mentioned "don't drive on unsealed roads"....and when she asked "where are you going?" we responded "through the Pilbara...all the national parks". There was a pregnant pause...."oh that sounds nice". She could have, and SHOULD have said something. So neither in the contract not face to face was it made clear that unsealed roads were forbidden. Our holiday was ruined; our plans in tatters; many bookings had to be forfeited.
The vehicle was barely fit for purpose. The cooking system collapsed and the outdoor gas bbq door could not be opened. We had to spend 2 days in Port Hedland whilst things were fixed. What a mess.

We hired a 3-berth camper and drove from Darwin to Melbourne (16 days). The van performed very well, and staff were always friendly and efficient.

We had an excellent experience. The toll free service number was a great service. We had a nail a tire, an arrangement was made for service in the next big town and we were on our way within an hour. We had a couple other minor issues that were answered by the toll free service center. Great customer service.

The pick up and drop off was smooth and efficient. Thanks for the shower facilities too.

Our campervan was great, clean and stocked with everything we needed.

So enjoyed the freedom of having your accommodation on hand whilst travelling around. Was a bucket list experience and could quite easily live and travel Australia

Quality vehicles, knowledgeable staff, helpful people when I needed to call for help.

The vehicle was in good conditions, easy to drive and good to take us where we wanted to go. The facilities were comfortable and easy to use.
