Top Product & Service In The Industry

Affordable

Affordable, great features and PHENOMENAL customer service.

I like them more than Dialpad, I know those are different products but this was a better fit as a real estate agent.

Tech support is excellent

I contacted chat support and explained my situation to Collins from tech support. He troubleshot my concern and made several suggestions. Within a short while the problem was identified and solved. Collins was awesome and very helpful. I am a customer for 2.5 years or more and am very satisfied. It meets all of my needs and is very customizable. I cannot recommend Mighty Call highly enough. Thank you so much.

Sam at Mightycall is AWESOME!

Sam was very helpful. He provided me with great customer service and was able to resolve my issue right away. We have been using Mightycall for our business for over 2 years and we are always happy with the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you figure out any issues. Customer service will suck you

Customer service will suck you, a waste of money and time. full of bucks, and a lot of issues. don't go with them instead you can go with google voice.

Not a fan

A lot of the time people can't hear me and I have to figure out why. As a business we don't have time for that.

What you can do right away is try a different network: a Wi-Fi, mobile connection, or a hotspot. VoIP relies on the connection stability rather than on the Internet speed, so a slower but more consistent network might give you improved call quality once you've switched to it.

Business Owner

I switched to Mightycall from Twilio three years ago (9/16/2019). They offered a better price and the ability to easily create call flows. I mainly use their system to track and forward calls, so I haven't spent much time with their softphone / call center features. The overall experience has been great, with little to no issues. I recommend trying them to see if they will work for your needs.

Deshawn, thank you for sharing your feedback! Per our Terms of Use, we don't offer refunds for purchased services, even in the event of non-use. It is specifically outlined in the contract all annual plan customers, just like yourself, sign before they are billed.

We did receive your cancelation request shortly after you had signed up, and taking into consideration the fact that you made a payment for a year ahead, we didn't cancel your plan right away, but set it to expire at the end of November 2022. This way, you still can use MightyCall service you paid for. No further charges will be applied when the paid period ends.

No Incoming Calls Notifications
Very Bad Customer Services Response
It has been more than a week, I requested mighty call support team to configure the flow of incoming calls on my mobile app and webphone both but no solution!
Their mobile app is unable to work no sound for incoming or outgoing- worst experience while skype works just perfectly.

I am getting voicemails notification for other team members but nothing for my assigned number

The poorest solution provider in the market.

r second time trying…

So this is our second time trying Mightycall for our business. Had a problem when porting our numbers but as soon as I talked to a tech it got solved right away.
