Advertise you do what you don't do - great!
I find it funny to see how they advertise throughout all their web that you can get international telephone numbers with them, but when you ask surprise surprise, they don't! I'm wondering how these people is doing business, this is not serious!

I"m downgrading to a two star since they replied that I wasn't hacked - I was hacked many times. I kept changing the password, but it's not acceptable. ...I've used them for business for three years. The number kept getting hacked. Their system doesn't seem to be very secure, and pricing also went up a lot over the years. Very nickel and dime with text messages.

I have used multiple other cloud based systems
I have used Ring Central, Grashopper and Google Voice. The best by far has been Mighty Call. The integration is easy. The setup a breeze and easy enough you don't need an IT Guru.
I have come to rely on them as a top tier program. Collins is an amazing CSR who is knowledgeable and quick at getting you on track!
Tripled pricing with no notice.
My former business, which was in operation from 2015 to 2020 and closed during COVID, used Mightycall on a plan that cost approximately $115 for the past several years. Not a single legitimate call was ever received but the business was legally required to maintain a phone number.
After receiving no communication from MightyCall between 2021 and 2024, the cost of this plan was suddenly jacked up to over $600 per year, with a temporary "legacy" discount of roughly $300.
Per their "Terms of Service" they do not offer refunds of portions of unused subscriptions, even if you received no calls and cancel within the first week of a new year.
They also do not let you cancel directly through their website, forcing you to wait for a call from one of their reps at their convenience. (This actually turned out to be an email, but as I now am only awake at night I had to stay awake for 48 hours straight waiting for a call.)
Am now having to fight with my bank to get the charges reversed.
Don't use this company if you expect consistent pricing or basic levels of communication. I've worked with health clubs that had better cancellation policies and we all know how awful they are!

In general, I like MightyCall the feature the price is greate. But I just have an issue with its mobile application, I am using Android version. It is not working well.
However, I still recommand it for easy calles managments system.

We Worked Out The Kinks
Well, what can I say.... I have been with Mighty Call for 6yrs and through it all, Mighty Call has risen as a shining star. We have had some downright frustrating moments, but they're always there to straighten things out, which says a lot. You can always chat with them, and they will respond, good bad or indifferent.
I am pleased with my service and will continue on with them.
Thank you Mighty Call, I appreciate the patience on both ends.
Poor support
Poor support. Was porting my number and they deleted my account and than apologized for doing so which doesn't mean a thing to me. I don't care about your apology just get my numbers ported already.

You can't hear the web phone ring when a call comes
You can't hear the web phone ring when there's a call. I'm using a headset by the way. So you miss 99% of the calls if you don't focus on the web phone. I've tried to reach out to customer service. They responded once and gave me a temporary solution to the problem by opening incognito which I don't understand why. It worked for some time until it went back to being silent. I contacted them again. No one replied. I suggested them to my client so I really feel bad about it because I am supposed to take calls and I have to watch my webphone all the time which affects my productivity.

Good customer service but didn't quite match what we needed…
Good customer service but didn't quite fit for us.
We tested it for about 2 months for a business client. The call quality was good, the visual call flow is excellent as are the PC based phone and connection options for users. Unfortunately, it lacked a couple features we found were really needed such as the ability to forward to into a call queue and check your voicemail from a VOIP phone.
I would say that in our testing customer service was responsive, upfront, clear, and nice. I would certainly consider them again for a different client.
