Great company that uses an unreliable delivery service
Menkind were very good with an easy to use websites and good communication, however they used Evri as a delivery service and they were very careless with my parcels and even faked the delivery pictures. Menkind have, however, been great in their response to this problem so I am still a satisfied customer. Would not hesitate to buy from a Menkind shop. Great value items.

Staff friendly and helpful
The staff in the Liverpool store were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic choice of gifts but I couldn't buy all I wanted that day so I also ordered online and I found the website and the delivery service to be excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Since I made my purchase this company been sending spam emails every day for me to leave them trustpilot review which is very annoying so here you go !
I only review companies if I have something very good to say or very bad, but you have clearly pushed my buttons with your emails.. so here you go.
I ordered needoh from them which was extremely overpriced, they obviously take advantage of the fact, that its short of stock and with high interest from people.
Normally I wouldnt mention this, because it was more important to me to make my neurodivergent child happy than complain about price , but since youre begging for reviews here it goes.
Regarding delivery times theres nothing I can say either. It wasnt quick and it wasn't slow it was a normal average delivery time you get with most companies.

Took over a week to get delivered
Took over a week to get delivered. No way of contacting them or cancelling it. Came 8 days later. Brought one from a different supplier and if I have to send this one back, it will cost me £10 to send it back.

I’m actually really sad
I’m actually really sad. I bought the boba tea squishy and the cinnamon bun squishy for my children’s birthday. They came as if second hand. The faces were rubbed off. The packaging was battered. Really really put me off ever shopping with menkind again :(
