Scam - Grow Your Own Bonsai
My daughter purchased the grow your own bonsai tree gift at £13.99.
This is sold as a scam, after following the instructions to the letter, nothing 🤷♂️.
I decided to research for any successful growers 🤔, not a single one. The reviews are based on the purchase not the result.
Do not purchase, Menkind should be embarrassed.

Good overall experience
Item was at a good sale price, even with p&p taken into account. Delivery was quick and items were well packaged and arrived safely. I would buy from them again

Exceptional customer service
The product I ordered is great and the recipient will love it. However, what got the 5 star rating was the exceptional customer service. I had a problem with the delivery address being incorrect - which was my fault, not Menkind's - but within hours of me emailing customer services, they contacted me to confirm the address had been changed and the item was on its way - and this was on a Sunday!
