I’m actually really sad
I’m actually really sad. I bought the boba tea squishy and the cinnamon bun squishy for my children’s birthday. They came as if second hand. The faces were rubbed off. The packaging was battered. Really really put me off ever shopping with menkind again :(

When ordering I didn’t realize my old address was saved. It was my fault I didn’t check.
However , I went on live chat to MIA. Within 3 minutes she had update my address and phone number. Straight to the point and resolved quickly !
Lovely friendly chat again. Thanks so much. I’ve not had customer service like that anywhere in years !

Fabulous!!
My niece is having a galaxy themed bedroom. I saw this and knew it would be perfect!! My husband set it up to check it was all working. We left it on all evening it was so lovely!! Communication is excellent. Definitely recommend!! I will take it on holiday this weekend and set it up when we are there, so she can enjoy it early!! Many thanks 😊!!!
