True to their word
Extremely helpful on the phone on mattress products and provided a confident assurance that delivery would be the next day. Delivery was duly achieved next day - a Saturday morning. Rolled mattresses unrolled, filled over next 24 hours and are comfortable at 140cm thickness (the maximum permitted on the two tier bed frame).

Delivery was crap
Ordering online was great, but delivery was shocking no Tx/email to say delivery date but I found out it was delivered outside my house with delivery driver sigh for it and had been outside my house for more than two weeks. Response from Memory Foam Warehouse was shocking.

Superb mattress
Superb mattress, bought a Super king earlier in the year and loved it, so decided to buy a double for my daughter, really comfortable and superb quality, tried to buy a king size for my spare bed buy unfortunately none available.

not as advertised
this king size mattress arrived not as advertised, it is not a medium, its very soft and I demanded a refund but this company are hiding behind terms and conditions. it would have been better if you printed the correct term in the 'description' so I wouldn't have this expensive foam thing in my home.

So happy with my mattress topper
Easy shopping, quick delivery, vacuum packed for ease, but most importantly, perfect 10cm deep memory foam mattress topper. Has really made my hard mattress a dream to sleep on, no aching hip or back problems in the morning. Great buy.

Best sleep ever
Great service fast delivery . I had mattresses from memory foam warehouse before always super service. Now I tied the other big names and the difference is massive. As a couple the titan Ae king size is the best for none roll together. Others would wake either me or my wife when the other moves this one is like sleeping on a cloud and no disturbance at all .

Excellent customer service, I had to call because I wanted to check some details about the mattress I wanted to order. I got through to an actual human being, she was local, polite and was able to answer my query without any fuss. The delivery was quick, and the mattress is comfortable, overall, good value for money.
