King of Cotton was founded in 1994 with a view to supply the UK's finest hotels with high quality linens at wholesale prices.

Over the years we have been asked by guests staying at these top hotels to sell our products directly to them which led us to creating this website in December 2003.

Since then there has been no looking back, the website is used by many hoteliers and private customers alike and loved for its unbeatable wholesale prices and superior Hotel Quality products.

We pride ourselves in having the highest industry standards certificate ISO 9001 for our continuous efforts to improve on Customer Services and Company Efficiency.

The bathrobe I ordered was out of stock…

The bathrobe I ordered was out of stock but I had time so was happy to wait 5 weeks. But it came within a week. Someone called me to give me some advice that the name on the back of the bathrobe looks better normal rather than all capital letters. I said that’s fine. And he wasn’t wrong. Amazing quality. Small efforts make me happy.

Communication

Communication excellent when items are not in stock, and updated when it was expected.
Delayed items were delivered as per instructions and on time. Brilliantly well done to all the staff.

Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. Ordered a collection of bedding items on 1 January - received them at the end of March!
And without chasing NO communication or apology. Did offer an alternative product but that was not what we wanted.
Quality is ok now we have the products but wish we had ordered elsewhere.

Fake King Size and quality Issue

I was very disappointed with the quality of the finish on the more expensive lines and the subsequent handling by the customer care.

After weeks of waiting, I received my Egyptian cotton sheet sets with decorative cord, and after a few washes, the cord was ruined and covered in little balls and fluff.

Obviously, the sheet was washed according to all the precautions and instructions necessary for such an expensive and valuable product, but it was still ruined.
Customer care replied that I probably washed it incorrectly.

Another negative point: King of Cotton has decided to use the terms 'King Size', 'double' and other STANDARD definitions in a completely random manner, ignoring international conventions. This can only mean two things: either they are unaware of international conventions on measurements, or they have a passion for confusion.
Or perhaps a touch of bad faith..
