I’ve had to use mine several times to get help. They were very good to get m medical assistance. I rely on them!

When my mother has accidently activated her device the customer representative is "never bothered " by it and always shows genuine care and concern.
Having this device has allowed my mother to remain independent in her home and has given us peace of mind.

One issue I have is that I am paying for fall detection. So far, you haven't been able to detect one time that I have fallen. The second I have is that when I have pressed the alarm button, I am connected to one person and then I am transferred to the dispatch center. That seems to take extra time. They also ask if they should contact any of my contacts and I tell them no, only the Fire Department for pick-up service. They contact each of them anyway. Why do they do that?

The mini works fine, I have had no problems with it. I do wear it every day and my family says it gives them peace of mind. I have hit it a couple of times accidently and have gotten an immediate response and was able to cancel
However, I do wish I had gotten the watch instead.
I may try a watch a little later.
It is hot in Texas and I spend a lot of time outside and the neck cord gets pretty sweaty.

So far have not had occasion to need support, no falls. It’s comforting to know I’m being monitored.

I didn’t want to have a device originally, but since my husband of 53 years died, my children insisted. I am so glad they did! I feel MUCH safer in my home knowing that I can get help quickly if needed. You have made this 77 year old’s life much easier!

Any time I have called I’ve had immediate response and rescue. Amazing!

Knowing that my developmentally disabled brother has his Medical Guardian on at all times, whether at home or out and about, gives me peace of mind that if he were to fall or have some other issue, help is readily available and accessible. That peace of mind is invaluable!
