I like the company and they are very responsive. My charge barely lasts two days which is frustrating!

You failed to activate my request to my only contact who would answer in a timely manner. I have tried to talk with your office about this and have been told someone would return my call....but they have not.
As I told your staff. Minutes matter when you are in an emergency and someone failed me on that 3AM call.

Several months ago my mother fell and was unable to get herself up. Luckily she had on her Medical Guardian alert necklace and was able to get help. The process worked seamlessly! The EMT's were able to come to the house to assist her and Medical Guardian alerted my sister and I so we could meet her at the hospital. Would highly recommend!
