Other than some very minor delays with despatch dates the service has been great, can’t fault it. My supply of the 2nd dose arrived before my first was finished so no problem 🤩

No difference in weight
No difference in weight, but a lot of difference in swelling of legs and contour of body. Nearly getting into old clothes and felling a lot better in myself.

So far so good. I’m happy with it so far :)
So far so good. It will be the 3 week mark tomorrow and I’ve lost 4.9lbs. I feel I am finally regulating my metabolism following a total hysterectomy last June. Prior to starting I had put on 2 stone. Even though I am in less pain due to endometriosis and adenomyosis. I am a lot more physical and still not managed to shift this huge weight gain. Huge for me anyway. I am 35 and the only time I’d put on weight is during pregnancies. But now it seems to be going. Finally. I don’t feel I’ve ever been someone to wet loads. So I’m not feeling any difference in me eating less as such. I only ever really eat once int he evening anyway. Other than maybe a small lunch some days. But I do feel it’s enabling my metabolism to process what I am eating more efficiently. Hopefully anyway. So far. So good. The questionnaires were easy to navigate, the process has been easy also. I’m just looking forward to feeling and looking more like me again 🤞

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. You can only get through to a call centre in South Africa. Medication arrived late as Royal Mail messed up. Product was supposed to be refrigerated and after 5 days in transit in 30 degree heat it was rendered useless. Called for a replacement and they said it would take 24 hours and they would expedite it. No such luck as the tracking hasn’t changed for three days, apparently I was given inaccurate information and I’ll have to wait 5-7 days which means I’ll miss taking the medication before I go on holiday and therefore it will be a three week gap in between. Even the call handlers don’t get a response from the complaints team for seven days and the whole thing has been disgraceful considering they are messing around with medication not sweets! Looking at other reviews they clearly don’t care about answering to the persistent problems and ignore customer complaints. Will never use them again. I could have gone with another provider had I known what a mess they would make.

I trusted the process!
The ordering process was clear and straight forward. My details were checked throughly. I was asked for additional information which built my trust in the company. Only had one dose of Mounjaro so far but it is having an effect.

Feeling sick a lot of the time and only…
Feeling sick a lot of the time and only lost weight on the first two weeks, nothing since and I’m worried if I use a stronger version I will feel worse and have to stop using it. Asking for money two weeks before I’m due to complete my prescription isn’t helpful either.

Checked medical details
I was impressed that Medexpress checked with my doctor regarding my pacemaker. I don't see it as a illness as it has solved my heart problems. I didn't mention it as it is no longer an issue however, they picked it up and checked before I could have my medication.
