Other than some very minor delays with despatch dates the service has been great, can’t fault it. My supply of the 2nd dose arrived before my first was finished so no problem 🤩
So far so good I have now just taken my second dose ,no pain no side affects so far . But the best thing is I a not imagining nice fat laden food to eat . I’m am eating sensible food more protein etc... See more

Placed an order on the 21st July and it has not arrived as of today 4th August. I have had no e mail to update the status of the order. 14FC966E

Application
Filling out the form was very irritating. I replied that the medication on the form did not apply to me, but there was nothing on the application form to fill out of the medication that I was on. So when I got the DM saying I wasn’t being honest I was very annoyed by that. If there had been a box, to fill in my medication I would’ve been able to inform them regarding my medication.
Once this was resolved I was then able to proceed with my medication.

Still waiting for refund after 3 and half weeks
Ordered and payed for my Weightloss injectable through this company as it had been recommended to me and I ordered a higher dosage (1.0mg) as I had been on Weightloss injectable for a couple of months anyway I was told I couldn’t have the higher dosage as didn’t have recent prescription and I was ok with that so starting over with the 0.25 as I had paid for higher dosage i asked them to refund the difference in the prices which is £50 which is quite a lot it was all approved and I was told it could take anything between 3-11 days to go back into my account which I said was ok but after 3 and a half weeks and numerous messages i still have not received my refund I keep getting told it’s def going to be in there and they are sorry for the delay and now they are saying it’s gone upto a higher team to look into it.. it’s a complete shambles I’ve never ever had to wait so long for money to be refunded… I can’t fault the prescription side of things but trying to get money back which is owed is a complete joke
