Unacceptable 4-week delay and complete lack of care for patient health
I ordered my Mounjaro injection four weeks ago and it still hasn't even been dispatched. Mounjaro is a vital medication that requires strict adherence to a schedule, but MedExpress seems completely unconcerned about the impact their failure is having on my health and treatment.
To make matters worse, their customer service team is almost non-existent. When they actually bother to respond, it is just generic automated fluff or vague "runaround" answers without a single concrete update or solution.
Taking payment immediately while failing to deliver essential prescription medication for a full month is completely unacceptable. Patients rely on healthcare providers for reliability and accountability, and MedExpress has failed on every level. Save yourself the stress and health disruption—look for a reliable provider elsewhere.
There complaints link is a dead link so no good trying that route either.
The 1 star is still too many stars !

Do not waste your time
Ordered antibiotics at 8:30am, proof of ID delivered 3 hours later, yet 36 hours later the order was still not dispatched despite being approved the day before. Pointless paying for 24 hour Royal Mail if they don’t get it to royal Mail for 48 hours. Quicker to call GP.
Further, Customer service is utterly useless - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
