So far so good. Only day 2 but I am liking the service I am getting

Excellent communications in all aspects from start to finish. The delivery was on time and the items were packaged very well. I know exactly what is expected of me. There is a lot of support and I feel very comfortable about my journey with them

Takes far too long from order to delivery. Orders wait in ‘clinical review’ for days. I won’t be using them again.

I placed an order on the 24th July 26, now on 4th August I still haven't received it. I have enquired on two separate occassions to the totally redundant AI help Bot, the las time 5 days ago. I have requested to speak with an agent, still not heard anything. Truly dreadful service.

I placed an order 7 weeks ago and still it hasn’t been received.

I have emailed them over 20 times and written a formal complaint which was responded to promising me a dispatch, it’s been two weeks since those promises and I’m no further forward.

The order had a value of over £300. I have had to raise this with my bank.

Pretty disgusting service from them. AVOID

Great delivery on time and website easy access

Easy to access and the questionnaire was simple enough to do, I think the starting dose is too low for the price range, the 00.25 doesn't do anything on wegovy, I think ppl need a higher dose like 1.5 to start with, but delivery was fast

The manufacturer recently changed the Mounjaro pen so that priming is no longer required. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this change, which resulted in me missing two doses. After missing the first dose, I contacted your team for clarification, but I did not receive a response for over two weeks. By the time I was informed, I had already missed another dose.

I am extremely disappointed with both the lack of communication and the delay in responding to my query. When I raised my concerns and requested compensation for the inconvenience and the impact this had on my treatment, my request was ignored. This experience has been very frustrating, and I would appreciate a proper response to address my concerns.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I placed an order 6 DAYS ago and have recieved 22 emails continuously asking for further information. Each time they ask for ‘one more bit of information’ you send what is asked they over 24 hours each time to ‘review’ it then come back and continue to ask for something ELSE the following day. Why not ask for everything in the same email? Why take so long to review each time? Try to contact them they say they will reply when able … this takes over 24 hours each time, and the answer is of no help at all. I am FURIOUS. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. They have taken my money over 6 days ago and when they have asked again for further information this morning, I have finally cancelled my order, it’s like they don’t want to prescribe it to you?! I’ve provided everything they have asked for and then they ask for something random and more like ‘tell us your weight and height’ you send it as they ask 24 hours later ‘verify your weight and height with stamped proof from a gp’ why not say that in the first place. I have had 22 emails over the last 6 days each time asking for more information, I am FED UP and today finally cancelled. I have used various other companies over the last 18months for weight loss and NEVER had this problem. I will be advising everyone not to use this company. Now I have to wait another 5-7 days for a refund on something I’m fairly sure I was never going to receive. MED-‘EXPRESS’ I THINK NOT .. ABSOLUTE JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My medication was supposed to arrive last Saturday 1st August. But I'm still waiting for it to arrive

First order has gone smoothly and so far pleased with the treatment although it is early doors.

Once again after being with med express for a year. I’ve gone to them for advice as my dr won’t because they don’t prescribe my medication. And I’ve been waiting days. Yet every day still getting texts saying my medication needs ordering. I’ve found it’s all about the money qith this company. Never helpful. When we can’t even turn to our dr. I will have to move supplier. Paying all the money I’ve payed and not any help when needed. It’s disgusting.

Well. The firset delivery was fine. No issues. Then when i re ordered my second injection, it arrived with no needles. Quite a simple solution you would think. Nope. Not from the guys at med express. After 2 weeks and approx 50 emails. I have still not received the needles. They just keep saying that i will receive them soon. I asked again today only to be told again that they would arrive soon. I have had to stop my treatment for now as i am unable to take it with no needles. They even told me to source my own needles. The cheek. after paying the full £180 for the injection. I am still no closer to getting my needles. I have cancelled both mine and my wifes subscription as their customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. I will be changing my supplier for my next doses. Med express. 1 star. Would not recommend.
