Bad experience with no shows on consultations
Was all good for the first 3 months. Prior to my most recent delivery I needed to have a video consultation which is fine. In the space of a week I booked 3 consultations all of which were a no show ... I escalated on the third no show and didn't really a response. I would have given up and moved on but I had already been charged so I persisted and managed to speak to to someone at the 4th attempt ! Once I get my delivery I'll be cancelling and moving to a another provider ... The experience left a rather bad taste and undone any good will from the first 3 months that went smoothly

No delivery updates and unhelpful customer service
My delivery is stuck and customer service agents keep giving me different directions, they use DPD but you literally cannot get in contact with them. Very unhelpful especially for a company that provides medication, you would expect a sense of urgency or understanding from them. I will be switching to a different service

Good Customer Support
Medicine was delivered 3 days late by Royal Mail (no fault of Med express) and needed to be kept cool. A quick chat with support and they offered to send replacement. Very Impressed.
