I've been really happy with the service at MDP supplies as a new customer, I had a couple of issues with broken items but the matter was resolved instantly by Carly in customer service and refunds given. Excellent customer service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company ❤️❤️❤️ I switched from another company as they were long at delivery turnaround times. This company runs efficiently and consistently like clockwork. As soon as I’ve placed the order, communication tells me that the order has been despatched, usually within minutes.
Excellent value too, cannot fault the prices.
Today I experienced their customer service and spoke straight away to the incredibly polite and professional ERIN. She couldn’t be more helpful and sorted my concern within minutes- another thing massively lacking in this industry is getting hold of people let alone getting (delivery company) issues resolved. She is fantastic, thank you.
Things to improve- I would say the only thing missing is I have a big demand for bigger sizes in T-shirts and especially polo shirts which they don’t stock. Maybe more colours too.
Apart from that, this company is so reliable and professional I would highly highly recommend them as they take the stress away by delivering time after time. FIVE STAR COMPANY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time ordering from MDP after seeing them recommended online. I placed a large glitter htv order for a rush order and panicked when it arrived at 8.30pm at night and I could not get it to cut on my cricut, no matter what setting I used! I emailed customer service late last night and had a response from Carly by 9.10am this morning. I had just managed to get the correct settings but they had replied quickly and wanted to help me find the right settings. Will be ordering again soon, great service!

Customer service contacted me after I visited one of their branches. I think the staff member got their wires crossed or used the wrong word (discontinued) and I thought a product I use regularly had been discontinued. I contacted the manufacturer direct who contacted MDP, both assured me this was not the case and it’s possible that particular store might just not be physically stocking the product anymore, as they’re a smaller store. Besides this, delivery has been fast and slitting has been done without fail. No complaints, oh actually, maybe a search bar on the website haha

From start to finish the whole experience was incredibly easy. Carly was so fast with replies to questions and shipment arrived within 2 days to Ireland. I ordered 2 x 5m rolls and got sent 1 x roll of 10m which was incredibly helpful. Cannot fault them at all. Would highly recommend. And I could not praise Carly enough for her help and swift replies.

I have dealt with MDP on a number of occasions, and have always found them to be very helpful, providing sound advice and very prompt service!
It is often said that there are no stupid questions - that is certainly true as far as MDP are concerned, all are answered with courtesy and understanding, which is always refreshing!! Erin was very helpful with my latest enquiry, which put me on the path to a solution - great stuff!!!!
