Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
Unfortunately I have to say I am extremely unimpressed with this company. For several weeks they were delivering me 1 bottle of milk but charging me twice, so 2 separate lots of money were coming out of my account. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 different occasions over the course of a month to try to rectify this. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. Just for them to fix the problem so that I could carry on receiving my 1 milk delivery, but only pay for it once not twice. I sent then copies of my bank statements showing the transactions and was very patient and understanding in the hope they would cancel one of the DD’s.
Unfortunately even after I was told it was sorted out, it continued, so eventually I contacted them to cancel my order completely. I explained why I was cancelling (which gave them potentially another opportunity to rectify the double billing, but they didn’t seem to care. I spoke in person with someone on the phone as I had done every time. They confirmed everything was cancelled and said my balance was £0 as I had intentionally called up the day after my delivery to ensure it wasn’t when they were in a ‘milk billing cycle’ as they called it.
Can you believe I am now getting threatening emails from them saying I need to settle my account which is apparently 0.12p. So for weeks they were taking an extra few quid out of my account that they never refunded or delivered any milk for & now they’re pursuing me and threatening legal action over 12 pence. They are an absolute shambles and I do not recommend using them.

We understand how frustrating this must have been, and it's disappointing to learn that, despite speaking with several of our advisors, the issue was not resolved, ultimately leading to your decision to cancel your account.
We're also concerned to hear that, following your cancellation, you received communication regarding an outstanding balance of 12p. We appreciate how confusing and frustrating this must have been, particularly given the payment issues you had already experienced.
We would like to investigate exactly what happened so that we can better understand the circumstances and work towards preventing similar issues in the future. We have reached out for further information and hope to hear from you soon.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve our service and customer experience moving forward.

Great service and always on time. They offer a good variety of milk, and I would highly recommend them. The prices are fair too. I have been using this company for about 10 weeks now, and I’m very happy with their service.

I had someone knock ok my door offering fresh milk. They said they would deliver the milk one day and collect payment in cash another day. I got 2 bottles of milk for £5.18, but no one came to collect payment. I was then sent loads texts asking the money be bank transfered, depite the fact this is not what was agreeed. I called the compamy to explain this and was told it was a mistake and they would get back to me, but no one ever did. I then got a text threatening debt recovery procedures for £5.18. I called the company again to explain what was orginally agreed and that I would be happy to pay them in cash, AS AGREED. The person I spoke to said despite them making a mistake they would not be coming out to collect the cash and if I did not send it they would be going through debt recovery...for £5.18. Absolutley pathetic.

Error in delivery ie extra left easily resolved at no extra cost to me. Excellent customer service. Portal very easy to use when need to make changes to weekly orders. Delivered VERY early. Delicious milk. No negatives about this company.
