I was lured in by their smiles, promises, and “all-inclusive” discounts. But let me tell you the truth: they are liars, greedy, and ruthless. They claim discounts for one or multiple surgeries—but if you change your mind and do fewer, they completely take it away. They act like friendly shopkeepers… until they get your money. Then, they turn into total predators.

My forehead lift was botched. Persistent swelling. Foreign material under my skin that broke down. Pain, stress, and lies everywhere. Dr. Alhan? Shockingly unprofessional. MCAN manager, Friendly until the money is in—then he doesn’t care at all. Overcharging, ignoring emails, postponing responses for months. Their only interest is your money, nothing else.

I am now seeking legal action against the doctor, the manager, and the clinic. My time, money, and trust were stolen.
If you value your health, money, and sanity, stay far away. MCAN Clinic is deceitful, incompetent, and will ruin your self-esteem and finances. Don’t be fooled by their fake smiles—they are dangerous.

MCAN team is extraordinary group of people, they exceeded my expectations.
Everything went smoothly from the initial enquiry until I got home. Team takes care of your needs, takes into consideration if you have special health conditions.
Well organised and prompt people.
Staff is kind, knowledgeable and responsive. When you pay for your package they will take care of everything.
Big bonus for the hotel with 24hr kitchen.
Drivers are nice and respectful with you.
Clinic is well equipped and clean. There is a real doctor on the clinic who oversees the processes.

I choose Mcan having done nearly 12 month of research for my DPFL & NL, I also had arms reduction. My surgeon was Dr Dundar who was brilliant. 4 weeks ago, I had a hair transplant. My taxi driver Muhammed did all journeys to & from the airport, hotel and clinic, who is very courteous and pleasant. Cansu, who is very friendly and kind, guided me through the whole operation day - meeting the doctors & nurses. She also answers all after care messages & consoled me after a concern I had. So far the operation has went well and I'm sure will continue in the months to come.

I had been considering having the work done for a couple of years but like many men I don’t particularly like having medical procedures done to me and will ignore things that I shouldn’t.
From start to finish they were great, I had an appointment in London for the first consultation then their communication after was brilliant.
All I had to do was organise my own flights to Istanbul and they sorted everything else.
Their driver picked me up from the airport and took me to the accommodation they had organised which too was a great hotel and very central to the area of Istanbul that I was staying and being operated on so I literally felt like I was on a nice city break.
My main contact was Sarah who did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable and dealt with anything that I required, the whole process was made so easy.
The medics who performed the operation were clearly very experienced and the day of the operation went without a hitch, I was out of there by 2pm and free to continue to explore Istanbul in the afternoon / evening.

I now want to take my family back there just so they can experience Istanbul too.

I was having trouble with breathing through my nose for a while and needed a change. I first come across MCAN about 2 years ago but never made the effort to follow through. Then just a few months ago I decided I was going through with it and booked the rhinoplasty. It’s been about 4 weeks post surgery and the result is slowly but surely getting better. Cannot recommend MCAN enough. Everything was top quality from the hotel to the private vehicle taking me to my destinations. Overall great experience.

This was my second hair transplant with Mcan, which speaks for itself. Everything is explained thoroughly, before you go, during, and after. I never felt uncomfortable. Cansu is brilliant, and even recognized me from 3 years ago! She brings humour, and warmth on arrival. All the staff are great though. Everything is done for you, apart from getting on the plane! Would highly recommend Mcan to anyone , and often do. Don't hesitate!

I travelled for facial surgery, breast uplift and replacement of implants. The staff were lovely, hotel and hospital very nice. Facial work was very good but breasts were a totally different story. I wanted an uplift but not too much of a reduction. Ended up going from a G to a B cup with no obvious uplift. Now being quoted an additional 4500 E for implants to be put in plus the expense of flights, time off work etc. Doctor denying conversations which were had regarding cysts and company not showing any interest in helping me although I spent thousands of pounds with them. I am now feeling depressed and very hurt by what I thought were a reputable company.

EDIT: as of todays date 02/04 I am still being fobbed off.

I’m very happy with my experience with Mcan. The organisation of your whole journey once you’ve arrived in Istanbul is second to none. They have a wonderful caring and knowledgeable team of nurses who will do everything possible to make sure that your health and stay is comfortable. I highly recommend Mcan if you are considering going for cosmetic surgery or treatments in Istanbul.

I am not sure the surgeon who consulted me operated on me. I believe I was given to trainers which I am goin to look into.
I was given a paper to sign as soon as I wake up from surgery sensed something went wrong. I was still bleeding and both eyes patched when the nurse insisted that She can direct my hand where to sign.
I now see after a year I am lucky my eye closes but one lid inverted and u can see the diff between the two eyes which left me with anxiety and stare at it every time.

Looking options for corrective surgery really scared to do any other surgery on my face. I wish I could undo as it was absolutely unecessary to take such a risk.

Before my 1st visit there was lots of communication from MCAN and dentist asking questions. The instructions for being picked up at stand hotel were simple to follow. On day of treatment everything was explained about procedure, after procedure all precautions were taking to reduce any chance of infection and pain follow up appointment information was great driver are good and happy to help overall I can’t say enough of how good the staff and service is! My implants look natural and the whole of the 1st stage of treatment has been pain free and surprisingly a good experience I would highly recommend MACAN if your looking for dental implants looking forward to 2nd & final part of treatment.😁😁

I had 360 lip and implant removal plus new implants inserted with a lift. I have to say the whole experience was excellent and the only thing that wasn’t on par with the standard of care was our hotel. We sis not seen b it to be 5 star and given that we were there for 8 days we expected it to be of a much higher standard. The expertise and communication with the surgeons was second to none, the hospital, medical centre and any other facility we were taken to were of a high standard. Our entire experience was made so personal and this was due to our lovely nurse Ayşen who ensured our comfort, that we understood everything and she was happy to take calls from us at anytime. Our driver Muhammed was very kind her what we were able to get in and out of his car at all times, provided water and let us connect to his wi-fi. I would like to say thank you to everyone involved with us at MCAN especially Dr K ☺️, nurse Ayşen and driver Muhammed.
