I had 360 lip and implant removal plus new implants inserted with a lift. I have to say the whole experience was excellent and the only thing that wasn’t on par with the standard of care was our hotel. We sis not seen b it to be 5 star and given that we were there for 8 days we expected it to be of a much higher standard. The expertise and communication with the surgeons was second to none, the hospital, medical centre and any other facility we were taken to were of a high standard. Our entire experience was made so personal and this was due to our lovely nurse Ayşen who ensured our comfort, that we understood everything and she was happy to take calls from us at anytime. Our driver Muhammed was very kind her what we were able to get in and out of his car at all times, provided water and let us connect to his wi-fi. I would like to say thank you to everyone involved with us at MCAN especially Dr K ☺️, nurse Ayşen and driver Muhammed.

1 year ago. I had a hair transplant by the wonderful team at Mcan! I spent years looking at different places and never took the plunge, its a major decision. With my confidence completely gone I found Mcan, from the very first contact they made me feel at ease with everything, helping me arrange flights and everything was effort less for me. Everything was so easy they picked me up from the airport and took me to a lovely hotel, the next day the team picked me up and I spent the day in surgery. The clinic was spotless and everyone was very professional. Mcan provided me with an after care pack and walked me through everything step by step. After returning home, Mcan contacted me pretty much everyday for the first 14 days. They have continued to stay in regular contact over the last year, review my progress. The procedure itself was smooth, and the aftercare support has been great. At 3 months, I’m already starting to see new growth, and my hairline is taking shape nicely. I know I still have months to go for full results, but the progress so far has been very encouraging.

What can I say?? Well from the moment I arrived in Istanbul to the moment I left (and I was virtually crying because I was sad to leave), MCAN and their amazing staff looked after my every need, went, desire and question. Thankyou for being there every step along my emotional journey this surgery was life changing for me, as i had my top teeth got punched out when I was 17 some 40 years ago, Furkan and Ese have been so kind and patient from my first visit in August to my 2nd visit 4 months on as had to wait for my gums to heal. I traveled from Australia four weeks ago to have my surgery which was a DPFL, Neck Lift, Breast Reduction and Lift. My Surgeon was Dr Dundar and I am so happy with the results.
