Product was amazing as usual , delivery was very quick 2 days to Saudi Arabia but import and taxes were too high for just a bag and a kimono , took around 460 Saudi riyals ( 123$ )

Poor elastic quality

The quality of the elastic on the men’s costume is very bad. After two seasons they are totally unstretched and no longer wearable. This is a pitty given their nice designs and patterns and not to mention expensive price tag. This does not happen with the costumes of Villebrequin.

I bought a pair of swim trunks last…

I bought a pair of swim trunks last summer from their flagship store in Santorini, and after just one month, they were already falling apart. I have tried reaching out to them regarding a complaint, but after seven emails, no one has responded. This is completely unacceptable, and I therefore cannot recommend shopping here in any way.

Absolutely Terrible

Absolutely Terrible – Stay Away!

I bought a pair of swim trunks, and after just two wears, they completely fell apart – the seams literally came undone! For this price, this is an absolute scandal. And the customer service? A joke! No help, no goodwill, just excuses.

MC2 Saint Barth do not buy from the USA - they will steal your money

MC2 Saint Barth should not be allowed to sell into the US market directly. They are unreliable and will steal from you.

I usually purchase my MC2 Saint Barth bathings suits at Saks Fifth Avenue but saw recently that there were more options on the brand website. I am a 33-34 waist and get medium suits in Saks. Their sizing guide on their website is wrong, showing 34 as XL. I went ahead and purchased 3 L bathing suits during the recent blackfriday promotion and when they arrived they are obviously too large. I believe 34 is definitely not XL in US. They won’t allow for a return or an exchange. Worse if you call their phone number in Italy they hang up and will not respond to email beyond their first answer which is no, not my problem. I even called their retail store in LA and they basically have not followed up.

They should not be selling in the USA directly. Somebody needs to stop them

Poor customer service

On 15th December 2024, I ordered 2 bags as a present for the coming Xmas.
I received everything very quickly, unfortunately I found only 1 shopper, so 2 item and 1 envelope.
I wrote to the Customer Service, that just told me that this is the procedure (not really customer oriented).
Well, dear Saint Barth, I just wanna inform you that by your stores, when I bought more than 1 item to give as a gift, they gave me 1 shopper for each present. Previous time 4 bags, 4 shopper.

My order has been missing for a few days now and no one has made an effort to reply to my emails. I spent 280$ on this order and I expect them to either find it or refund me the money.

Beware uk buyers

Beware uk buyers! Ordered from U.K. in July . Received quickly. Disappointing that wasn’t made clear that I would have to pay fedex duty tax . I spent 159 on the bag which you’re not able to return if based in U.K. and paid a further 50 for the tax duty. Invoice for fedex arrived at my workplace. I had no idea what I was being billed for and finally realised today that it was this bag that I ordered …. Will not be ordering again.

Bad customer service

Sent back a bag by fedex on the 5th august after 2/3 days the parcel arrived and was signed from their side. They didnt even sent me an email that it had arrived. I sent them like 10 emails , instagram & facebook they just sent me an automated mail reply only once. 13 days had passed and i didnt got any refund yet! I never had an experience like this from online shopping.

Beware. No returns and Import tax!

This review is to make everyone aware if you are thinking of ordering that they do not accept returns outside of Europe, so if you're in the UK this means you. Customer service are not helpful at all in that they just say you agreed to this at checkout. There's no friendly discussion with them even if you wanted to send back at your own cost. ALSO, you will get a bill from Fedex for around 26% of your purchase price for import VAT and admin fees. So just be aware.

Poor shorts elastic quality

I am very sorry to see a big problem with men's costumes, which has already been reported in the shop. Despite an excellent fabric, the elastic on the shorts does not go beyond the first season, in the second season it widens and no longer holds. This has already happened to 4 out of 5 costumes purchased. I assure treated with care and gentle hand wash. This problem is not eligible in relation to the cost of the costume. I know this isn't just a problem for me.

Fake company

I will never buy from this company again unfortunately. He has taken my money for a month now, I have no swimsuit. I went on vacation, I came back and after canceling, I am not refunded. They replied that they will still be very late! Unacceptable!!!

Tax and duties cost over £60 for a pair…

Tax and duties cost over £60 for a pair of shorts, when has postage ever cost this much? Customer services predictably said ‘you clicked a box agreeing that tax and duties were not covered’. Terrible service and will not buy anything further from them.

Bad & poor quality

Bad bad bad, poor quality shorts comparing to a price where I can buy a nice "VILEBREQUIN"or "BLUEMINT"

I tried to return my items and their answer was No, because your are out of Europe. then I sent them e-mail informed them on my expense I will send your items. they reply sorry you can't and it's in our policy.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I recently bought a shirt from this comanpany £139 plus £10 shipping which I was happy with. However I have now received an invoice for £39.08 from FedEx for duties and taxes. I was not made aware of this when I was ordering.
I have been in contact with their customer service department and received a generic reply saying it's in the terms and conditions.
If I had known this I would have purchased the shirt from a shop or not bothered.
These people don't care once they have your money. Another repeat customer lost!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service - for one, incredibly disrespectful and on the matter itself, not willing to budge even a little from their two week's return policy even if it was a birthday present that was obviously purchased well in advance and only an exchange was requested for a size bigger. All within a two month period so there would have been absolutely no damage at all for the company.
By the way, if you should go for it anyway, ALWAYS buy at least a size bigger than usual because their stuff is tiny.
