I first saw Mickey shorts in Sorrento
I first saw Mickey shorts in Sorrento, Italy and always felt disappointed I didn't buy a pair for my son. I am about to head over again and noticed the shop is closed so buying online was the next option. Needless to say my 29 year old son loves them....great quality and speedy delivery thank you

You are miss leading customers….
I’ve noticed that your website will adjust according to what region you are based in and on the UK version of the website, you have miss led customers by claiming that when they spend £200, they will receive free shipping. This is simply not true, as you will be ordered to unexpectedly pay £50 to FedEx for shipment to the UK, which means shipping is certainly not free for any order what so ever. I understand that this is because the UK is located outside the EU and subsequently the CEE, but this is simply not a good enough excuse to try and justify this huge extra cost to your customers when you have not made them sufficiently aware of it.
Since you have a UK version of your website, why are you not displaying this information in a much clearer way that lets people know that they must also pay £50 in order to have the products that they have payed for from your website delivered to them? Instead at the top of the website it says ‘free shipping for orders over £200’….
If your company is unable to provide free shipping, even for orders over £200, then you can not display misleading information at the top of the website that suggests you can. Please make any hidden costs or policies for all orders clearer and stop ripping people off, especially if I’m not even allowed to return or exchange them!

I didn't receive my order
I didn't receive my order. I paid for express delivery. No one delivered it and I didn't get a refund for the express delivery.
Other deliveries from the UK and Europe arrive safely. But here I paid extra money for express delivery, and they didn’t refund it to me!! I could have waited a month for regular delivery too!!!

Brought a bag for my partners birthday
Brought a bag for my partners birthday, paid the import duties and taxes no problem. Bag never came it got sent back to them, any cost encounted was taken out of my refund, and have not been refunded for the tax and import duties either. Absolute scammers.

UK Tax and Duty = 50% more cost / Appalling quality
Appalling quality - the mesh inners and the pockets disintegrated after less than 12 months i.e. 3 holidays.
Also do not buy if you are in the UK - you will receive Tax and Import duty charges from Fed Ex that you will not get back which will make the shorts another 50% more expensive than the price you buy at. You won't get this back from MC2

Accidental Purchase Refused Cancellation – Extremely Poor Customer Service
Extremely poor customer service. The website feels like it’s designed to trick customers into accidental purchases. While browsing on my mobile, my finger barely touched the “buy” button and the payment was processed instantly through the Shop app integration without any confirmation step.
I contacted the brand immediately — within the same minute of the payment — to explain that the order was placed by mistake and to request cancellation. Despite this, they refused to cancel or offer any solution.
The item has now been shipped and is being held at customs with an additional £50 charge. Even though I am entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, they ignored my request and proceeded with dispatch, seemingly just to avoid dealing with a complaint.
Customer service has been completely unhelpful, repeating only that the order “cannot be cancelled” and refusing to provide any further assistance.

Shocking costumer service
Shocking costumer service! I've purchased online a few items for over £200. Delivery over this amount was free on their website. However, when I received my delivery within 2 weeks I was hit with an invoice from FedEx for tax and duty because of being outside of the CEE area. The issue here is that MC2 doesn't tell you how much will be the cost of delivery/taxes and duty for countries outside the CEE and is nowhere to be seen when you complete the purchase which is not transparent. The delivery company can pretty much come with a figure that you are not expecting because we don't know the exact charge. This is very misleading and unprofessional. After a few emails the MC2 team keep pointing at their policy, T&C that if you click and accept is like your responsibility to take on the charges from the delivery company with no explanation of why there is no clear figure of your tax and duty charges.
Don't buy online!!

Dodgy company avoid at all costs!!!
I had a very disappointing experience trying to exchange a T-shirt I bought in Italy.
When I first went into a different branch to exchange it for another size, I was told that because the item was purchased tax-free, I had to return to the original store. After travelling all the way back there, I was then informed that tax-free exchanges or refunds must be completed on the same day as purchase — something that was never explained to me at the point of sale.
As a result, I’m now stuck with an item I won’t wear, despite making every effort to follow the instructions I was given. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and poorly communicated, and left me feeling misled.
What’s especially frustrating is that I was later told returns aren’t accepted outside the CEE, yet even when I was still within the CEE, the exchange was refused. Overall, the policies feel confusing and very unfriendly to customers.
For a company charging premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing, especially if buying tax-free.

DO not buy ! They lie în a despicable manner and abuse customers for profit, disregarding the customer’s right to return a product, lying that the product is stained or that the tag is attached differently—completely unbelievable and unrealistic lies! Do not buy anything!
have a malicious bussiness practice !! They have refused to refund me a product , telling i have place diferent the tag and that has some stains , which is absolute lie , because i have briefly tried the product , and same day i have sent them back by courier for refund !!
The customer service is really bad experience !

Sizing sucks and no returns.
this company has some cool stuff but their CS is dogshit. I ordered a XXL t-shirt (same size I've ordered in the past) and XXL sweater. When they arrived the T-shirt was fine but the sweater was like a Smedium. I could barely pull it on. Terrible inconsistency in sizing. When I explained the situation they basically told me to phuq off, no returns from the US, even though it was their product with the issue. Never again.

Don't shop online!!
I would strongly advise not shopping online. One of the swimming trunks and the polo shirt were discounted, only to later find out I was charged over £80 in import duties, completely cancelling out any saving. This was very poorly communicated. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no real solution. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Terrible Customer Service – Still Waiting for My Refund
I ordered several items from MC2 Saint Barth in France. While I liked most of the order, one bikini didn’t fit and I returned it. FedEx confirmed they received it weeks before I even got any acknowledgment from them.
I emailed them multiple times asking about my refund — no answer for weeks. Only after I filed a chargeback with my bank did they suddenly reply, saying they couldn’t refund me because of the dispute. Convenient timing.
Trusting them, I canceled the chargeback and even provided an official statement from my bank confirming closure. Despite this, MC2 kept stalling, asking for documents, ignoring their own obligations, and finally telling me they can’t process my refund until weeks later. My bank confirmed they could have refunded me at any time — they simply chose not to.
This company is holding onto customers’ money and wasting time. I still don’t have my refund, months later. I have never experienced such unprofessional and dishonest customer service.
I will be reporting this to consumer protection authorities in Italy and the EU. Their designs may look nice, but they absolutely do not deserve your money or trust.

Swimming shorts started to come…
Swimming shorts started to come unstitched after only a few wears. Their website has no customer support or contact information. Will never buy this product again. And will be telling all my wealthy friends not to buy this expensive product,swim shorts were very pricey. And to post on every social media site with pictures of my swim shorts falling apart.
