After ordering, Mayors cancelled the order stating it was “store-exclusive” and had been listed online “in error.” Disappointing experience—felt like a bait-and-switch. Communication was polite, but the resolution was simply cancellation.

The process was easy. The Gucci ring was not what was expected. The pictures gave the illusion the ring was clean, high shine, and larger than expected. However, the Gucci logo was skewed, tarnished and overall was less than desirable for a Gucci!

These people are crooks
These people are crooks, they sell something and don't stand behind it when it's defective. I bought a Time expedition and it stopped working after 18 hours. I sent it back and now they say it works and that the band has excessive wear after 18 hours of wear, what a joke. The told me today I was getting a refund and then two hours later they pull the BS of saying the band has excessive wear and that the dead watch works. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEPLE THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
