My family has been using Marlow’s Jewellers for several years, and after being recommended to Marianne, this was my first experience purchasing from them myself. From the moment I walked through the door, Marianne made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, bringing out a wide range of samples and options for us to try. Rather than simply agreeing with our preferences, she offered honest, expert advice on what would best suit us as individuals, which was incredibly valuable throughout the process.

Marianne’s passion and enthusiasm for her work are evident from the moment you meet her. Her energy, knowledge, and attention to detail really set her apart. One example was when she remeasured my finger size and found it was actually two sizes different from what other jewellers had measured, ensuring the perfect fit.

Having visited several other shops in the Jewellery Quarter, the experience at Marlow’s was on a completely different level. While many other jewellers were quoting lead times of four to six weeks, Marlow’s had the stock available and was able to provide the exact ring we wanted within an hour.

The level of customer service, expertise, and care we received was exceptional. Marianne genuinely wants her customers to leave with the perfect piece, and it shows in everything she does. I would highly recommend Marianne and the team at Marlow’s Jewellers to anyone looking for a personal, professional, and first-class experience.

I was first recommended to visit Marlow's 25 years ago and have travelled from the Lake District to Birmingham on numerous occasions to purchase jewellery to mark special milestones and celebrations. Most recently, I visited on Saturday to buy a special gift for my wife's 50th birthday. Within minutes of our arrival, despite us being uncertain about exactly what we were looking for, Marianne expertly guided us and selected the perfect piece. In addition to helping us find an ideal ring, Marianne kindly arranged for the jewellery we were wearing to be cleaned and adjusted, providing an exceptional level of customer service throughout our visit. Once again, we left delighted with both our purchase and the overall experience. Marianne's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding. I cannot recommend Marianne and Marlow's highly enough and would not hesitate to return for future purchases.
