Ease of ordering
Ease of ordering. Price was good. Emailed instructions for delivery & a 3 hour slot on delivery which was actually late but driver rang to apologise so all good.

Delivery was excellent
Delivery was excellent - on time, found us easily (not everyone does!) and both Matt and Mike were friendly, professional and efficient. We had to remove our front gate to get the appliance in (without its packaging!) and they were really careful with it and also our property. Would highly recommend.

First order/very easy to do, great to be able to have next-day delivery, very good tracking, and the happiest delivery I've experienced ... Mark was so funny, as well as him knowing his stuff and doing such a great job, and it was great to have such a good laugh alongside vital washer install. Sounds great doing the initial test cycle. With being long-term disabled/housebound, especially appreciate such a good experience. Thank you!
