Good product

The product is great, and the delivery driver was efficient and careful once he arrived. I wouid give five stars except the goods arrived at 4:45 when I had been given a time slot of 11:30-14:30

Excellent service from Marks Electrical

First time purchasing from Marks Electrical and would definitely use again. Competitive price, quick delivery and efficient installation by Kris and Izzy. Was quite shocked to receive a 5.30am-8.30am time slot by text the evening before but luckily also received an email stating they don’t start until 7am!

Straight forward

I previously ordered via another company who were nothing short of totally incompetent. They failed to deliver on three occasions and now only part refunded. I wish I could name and shame.
I called Marks Electrical this morning - spoke to a friendly lady called Lacy....she arranged delivery and confirmed arrangements on email. Nice easy job.

Bad and Lee delivered

Bad and Lee delivered. Great quick service. Met these guys before as I purchase all my white goods from Marks. Cannot be beaten. I do not even look anywhere else.

I placed an order for a TV late Tuesday…

I placed an order for a TV late Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday morning. Really impressed with the delivery process and item. Corey and Matt delivered it and they opened the box to ensure everything was okay. They also offered to put it back in the box if needed.
I'll definitely be ordering again.

Faulty oven, repeated failed repairs, and no response from the retailer

This oven has had problems since the day it arrived. They have sent an engineer out three separate times to fix issues including loss of power, temperature inconsistencies, and uneven cooking. Each time, the same faults have come back within a short period, which strongly suggests the product simply isn't of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.
We asked for a refund after the second repair, but the retailer asked us to agree to a third attempt instead, which we did in good faith. That repair has now failed as well.
Since then, we've emailed the retailer several times asking them to resolve this, and have had no constructive responses at all. Between the ongoing fault and the lack of any customer service, this has been a genuinely frustrating experience and a significant waste of money.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

Fantastic service from start to finish with our Fridge Freezer order no 52771. Having discovered my mother’s main fridge door hinge was about to give way completely, we were on a serious count down.
Searching online, Marks Electrical came out on top especially for delivery turnaround / service reviews and can see why.
Ordering was straight forward with next day delivery and a great membership deal.
Delivery updates and service were excellent - Baz & Lee were fantastic removing her very old fridge freezer and bringing in new one up a tricky set of stairs into kitchen. Very professional and friendly, taking great care, removing all packaging, and providing the all important information of including 4 hrs settling time before switching on. 100% all round!
