Disgusting delivery driver’s attitude
I was told by the Marks Electrical delivery men that there was a problem and that my old fridge freezer which was exactly the same dimensions as my new one would not fit back on the van and that they were leaving it on my driveway. I challenged this as they brought my old appliance outside, he asked where he was putting it, I said surely if you’ve removed something the same size as my old one it will fit on your van, no chance was the answer and go have a look. I was then told it’s gonna make it hard work for them for the rest of the day as Marks Electrical don’t think of them when booking deliveries and collections, I’m sorry but not my problem. One of the guys then called me a pain in the arse for not letting them leave the fridge freezer, the Marks Electrical guys attitude was a disgrace.

From start to finish an easy process
From start to finish an easy and professional process carried out by a team obviously committed to customer service and satisfaction. We has unpressured guidance on the choice of appliance and then delivery arranged at for a day that suited us. Although the delivery drivers were later than originally planned Hardly surprising on a very hot Saturday with very busy roads), they kept us informed of there progress and were both a credit to their company.

Great place to buy home appliances
Easy to navigate on their website. It's well detailed as other companies does not include the weight (fridge). In terms of delivery, it's very quick. Arrived after a couple of days from ordering. They also provide time slots. The delivery guys, Corey & Matt were helpful. Installations and instructions. They were very careful with the package. They called 10 mins before arriving. All good!

Marks Electrical Experience
Marks Electrical were chosen by the insurer to replace my electric oven. They quickly contacted me to say that the order was being processed and further communication from that point was excellent. The oven was dispatched two days later and delivery tracking information provided.
I was kept updated with the delivery time and the delivery guys called me when they were 45 mins away. They arrived on time.
Called Ravi and Vali they were very friendly and helpful and thankfully carried the oven into the house leaving it where I needed it. All in all a great experience.
