bought a new double oven on wednesday, they arrived late on thursday after 5 pm
took out old oven which was working and replaced it with the new one
wired it up turned it on , made this awfull buzz sound and started to smell really bad burn and the control panel was extremeley hot to the touch.
so the fitter turned it off ,tripped it out the main fuse box so it could not be turned on again again .
but
due to customer services been done for the day the fitter refused to refit the old oven and take away the new faulty one,
all he said was speak to manufacturer for repair or replacement, and kept saying over and over please sign paper work.
wife has spoken this morning to customer services they are waiting for manufacturer to agree replacement , Why they fitted the item they should not make us wait .
we are currently left with a brand new oven which we cannot turn on because we fear it may catch fire and burn the kitchen down.

update spoke to them today olivia firat dpoke to my wife it appears nothing was done after re rang at 1 pm for update spoke to jess , told did not know what i was speaking about after several mins waiting agreed that there had been a phone call
and i would have to wait upto 48 hrs for the maufacturer to agree a fault ?
this is for them to sort asap and do the claims after
why should i customer be made to wait when we hav never used this item ????

My first time using this company for large electrical items, experience was positive as ordering and buying was easy and fast. Delivery was on time and handled professionally by the delivery team, item was placed in desired position and all packaging was disposed of.

Delivery a shambles, no tracking, 4 diff times given in the space of an hour. Then after waiting all day, unable to deliver without bashing the item around. Damaged item and property first effort, concerned about second attempt next day, also possibly damaged. Rude staff. Complaint email ignored.
Great value for product purchased. Delivery service was spot on, delivered item to exact location required. Polite and professional delivery service from both guys. Would highly recommend 👌

Everything OK except had issues with delivery of American Style Fridge/Freezer - wouldn't take in house and no compromise.
Bought a cooker , delivered on day planned even though there had been a delay beyond their control I was kept informed so knew exactly what was happening so none of this waiting round all day wandering . Have used before and will use again when needed as price was best I could find too . Thanks guys
