Everything OK except had issues with delivery of American Style Fridge/Freezer - wouldn't take in house and no compromise.
Bought a cooker , delivered on day planned even though there had been a delay beyond their control I was kept informed so knew exactly what was happening so none of this waiting round all day wandering . Have used before and will use again when needed as price was best I could find too . Thanks guys

Fantastic delivery service by Matt and Corey. What a great couple of lads. Phoned me half hour before my delivery to let me know when they would be here. Used the trolley to get my washing machine over the door steps and placed the machine exactly where I wanted without any issues.

The whole process from order to delivery was easy and hassle free, the website is clear and easy to use, there is good information to allow you to make an informrd choice, and the delivery was first rate.
I have used Marks before and would not hesitate to do so again
Pretty poor first experience with Marks Electrical. Our fridge did arrive on time but had been "squeezed" by a machine on both of the doors which had caused very obvious damage. The fridge had to be returned as LG don't replace doors on fridge freezers, which was understandable as we didn't want the damaged fridge. The delivery guys took our old broken fridge, so we now was stuck without any fridge freezer. The company had no similar machines so we had to ask for a full refund and buy another one from AO. Unfortunately we had paid outright for our fridge and now are in debt to order the second one expecting the refund asap. 5 days later and we still don't have our money back (they did say up to one week) but this is very frustrating after being let down and now having to wait for our money to be returned. I feel this is something that should be prioritised in this situation.
