I went in there yesterday to replace some guitar strings for my cousin to play at my wedding reception that was coming up shortly and the lady were soo pleasant and helpful and really made me feel at ease. The guitar was ready within an hour and it looked brand new after a great clean up as well. The work was also very well priced and thank you for everything.

Ordered Ampeg Venture V3 bass amp, excellent service. I paid for Saturday delivery, which didn't happen (fault of the courier), but the shop immediately refunded the extra cost of weekend delivery.

Took delivery today of this stunning Takamine - gorgeous to look at, to
hold and to play. Just as described by the shop. Really pleased.

My Yamaha Pacifica was delayed as when prepared for delivery some damage was noticed. Rather than send out, I was given the option to wait for new stock or refund. Once stock was back in it was promptly sent out and very pleased.
