Great staff, very helpful on the phone. Amazing customer service, especially off the female I spoke with this morning.

Currently in the process of becoming a patient with these , customer service so far has been absolutely class from Raya and Yhusef.

Very knowledgable, talked me through each step in great detail.

I can’t rate the clinic highly enough. I’ve been with them for nearly 2 years now and have recieved great customer service in that time. Special mention goes out to Vinnie who is the man on the other end of the phone when I have questions about delivery etc. He deserves a pay rise that man 👊🏼💚

To be fair Mamedica did reach out to me post my review. They listened and made me another appointment.

The next appointment went much better and was given a much more suitable prescription.

I should have prompted myself to ask more questions which are obvious after reflection. This is regarding daytime Sativa consumption I should have asked for vape instead of flower due to work and being in public. However, hindsight is a wonderful thing.

I am pleased it went well as wanted to use Mamedica as was highly recommended to me.

When I made initial contact the rep was great. He put me at ease and gave me space.

I paid the fee and awaited a consultation.

This is where it started to go wrong. Now the Doctor was overly dismissive and not overly interested that I had a serious spinal operation and also have a chronic back issue.

He proceeded to tell me that everything is illegal and I could not have the flower.

He then prescribed me the weakest drops in the menu. So much so that with THC aside you could get stronger at Holland and Barrett.

I was so disappointed that I decided not to move forward and have to stick with my NHS issuer opiate medication which I wanted to get off.

I was hoping to be asked for feedback as to why I didnt take it up but received nothing.

Naturally, I do not want to publicly name anyone but hope you understand my frustration. I came for you for help and was just made to feel stupid and my condition discarded.

Had a phone call from Marc Garcia from mamedica. Very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and gave more information that was appreciated 🙏
