I have been getting the runaround since last September, when I placed an order and promptly PAID AS REQUESTED. In spite of PROOF of order and payment as requested, now I’m being told that there is some kind of mysterious “agency fee” that I did not pay - nor was any mention of this ever made. I am a senior citizen living on an extremely fixed income and saved up to purchase this product to help with average medical conditions. I don’t understand why they won’t honor this order AND payment, or at the very least REFUND MY MONEY!!!
