M12 - Outstanding service from Terri Martin

M12, specifically Terri Martin has been outstanding. She is an expert in her field, has made sure she has a great understanding in how our business works. Is extremely efficient (even picking up calls at around 7am / pm) and flexible to our needs. She is friendly to all our staff / volunteers and a great asset to M12.

I have been an M12 customer for over 10…

I have been an M12 customer for over 10 years now. There are several reasons for this; their discretion, honesty and their apparent relentless desire to do more and work harder for their customers. (Many businesses could learn a lot here) Do they always get it right...? No. But what is most important is their desire to. I am happy to write this review and publicly thank; Andrew Skipsey, Mel, Matt, Carlo, Mike and of course Terri.
There are many others that I have not mentioned, but I thank you all for your continued hard work and commitment to find solutions.
